Claims (11)
- 차량의 속도 감속 시, 회생제동을 통해 배터리셀을 충전하고, 주행 시 엔진 구동력을 보조하는 시동발전기(Mild Hybrid Starter and Generator, MHSG);
차량의 시동이 온(on) 되면, 12V 전원을 인가하는 12V 배터리;
상기 12V 배터리로부터 인가되는 12V 전원을 이용하여 자가 진단을 수행한 후 그 진단 결과에 따라 12V 전압을 48V 전압으로 변환하여 배터리셀과 상기 시동발전기(MHSG)에 공급하는 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈; 및
차량 시동 시, 상기 12V 배터리의 12V 전압이 상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈에 인가되도록 제어하고, 상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈을 통해 변환된 48V 전원이 상기 배터리셀과 시동발전기에 인가되도록 상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈을 제어하는 장비 관리 제어기;를 포함하되,
상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈은,
자가 진단 결과 비정상 상태이면, 비정상 횟수를 카운트하고, 비정상 횟수가 기 설정된 카운트 횟수에 도달하면, 경고 램프를 작동시키고 12V 전원을 48V 전원으로 변환하는 과정을 중지하고,
12V 전압이 48V 전압으로 부스트하여 상기 시동발전기(MHSG)의 DC 링크 CAP에 48V 전원을 충전할 때, 배터리셀의 전압에 DC 링크 CAP 충전 전압의 레퍼런스 비율을 곱한 값과 48V 부스트 전압을 비교하고,
상기 비교 결과 배터리셀 전압에 DC 링크 캡 충전 전압 비율을 곱한 값이 부스트된 48V 부스트 전압 출력 전압보다 크거나 같은 수준까지 부스트시키는 48V 마일드 하이브리드 시스템의 LDC 통합형 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈은,
48V 전원을 충전 및 방전하는 배터리셀;
상기 시동발전기(MHSG)를 통해 인가되는 48V 전원을 상기 배터리셀에 충전하고, 상기 배터리셀의 48V 전원을 이용하여 엔진이 구동되도록 스위칭하는 스위칭부;
상기 12V 배터리로부터 12V 전원이 인가되면, 상기 배터리셀의 충전 및 방전을 위해 상기 스위칭부를 제어하는 통합 제어부; 및
상기 배터리셀과 상기 통합 제어부를 냉각시키는 냉각부;를 포함하는 48V 마일드 하이브리드 시스템의 LDC 통합형 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 통합 제어부는,
LDC 부스트 모드의 출력 전압과 실제 배터리셀 전압을 비교하여 기설정된 전압값 이상이면, 부스트된 48V 전압이 배터리셀에 충전하도록 상기 스위칭부를 릴레이하는 것을 특징으로 하는 48V 마일드 하이브리드 시스템의 LDC 통합형 배터리 관리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈은,
시동에 따라 12V 전원이 인가되면 자가 진단을 수행한 후 그 진단 결과에 따라 정상 상태이면, 12V 전원을 48V 전원으로 변환(LDC 부스트 모드)하여 상기 시동발전기(MHSG)의 DC 링크 CAP에 48V 전원을 충전하는 48V 마일드 하이브리드 시스템의 LDC 통합형 배터리 관리 장치.

상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈이 자가 진단을 수행하여 문제 발생 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 판단 단계에서 문제가 발생하지 않은 것으로 판단되면, 상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈이 인가되는 12V 전압을 48V 전압으로 부스트하는 단계;
상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈이 상기 시동발전기(MHSG)에 48V 전원을 인가하는 단계; 및
상기 LDC 통합 배터리 모듈이 부스트된 48V 전압과 48V 배터리의 전압의 차이에 따라 48V 충전을 위한 스위칭부를 제어하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 시동발전기(MHSG)에 48V 전원을 인가하는 단계는,
