- 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지는 다관능 아크릴레이트 올리고머(Acrylate oligomer), 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사 아크릴레이트(Dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate), 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트(Pentaerythritol triacrylate), 트리(2-하이드록시 에틸)이소시아누에이트 트리아크릴레이트(Tri(2-hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate triacrylate), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(Trimethylolpropane triacrylate) 또는 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트(1,6-Hexanediol diacrylate) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 다관능 아크릴레이트 모노머 75-95 중량부에 500-800nm 직경의 알루미나 나노입자(Alumina nanoparticles, Al2O3) 5-25 중량부가 분산되어 있는 다관능 아크릴레이트 모노머(Acrylate monomer) 무기혼합물, 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산(Polymethylsilsesquioxane)을 포함하는 실리콘 수지(Silicon resin), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 왁스(Polytetrafluoroethylene wax)를 포함하는 왁스(Wax) 및 플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트(Fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate) 또는 플루오로폴리에테르 (메트)아크릴레이트(Fluoropolyether (meth)acrylate) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 불소 개질 아크릴레이트(Fluorine modified acrylate)를 포함하는 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 아크릴레이트 올리고머(Acrylate oligomer)는 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지고 중량평균분자량 2000-5500g/mol인 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지고 중량평균분자량 4000-7000g/mol인 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지고 중량평균분자량 1500-4500g/mol인 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지고 중량평균분자량 1700-4700g/mol인 실리콘 아크릴레이트 올리고머 또는 6~15개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지고 중량평균분자량 500-2500g/mol인 멜라민 아크릴레이트 올리고머 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅 조성물은 다관능 아크릴레이트 올리고머(Acrylate oligomer) 10-30 중량부, 다관능 아크릴레이트 모노머(Acrylate monomer) 무기혼합물 5-15 중량부, 실리콘 수지(Silicon resin) 1-4 중량부, 왁스(Wax) 1-4 중량부 및 불소 개질 아크릴레이트(Fluorine modified acrylate) 0.5-2 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅 조성물은 개시제 1-5 중량부, 레벨링제 0.1-1.0 중량부 및 용매 50-80 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 개시제는 하이드록시케톤(Hydroxy ketone)계 또는 아미노케톤(Amino ketone)계 개시제 중 어느 하나 이상이며, 상기 레벨링제는 다이메틸실록산(Dimethyl siloxane)계 레벨링제이며, 상기 용매는 프로필렌 글리콜 메틸 에테르(Propylene glycol methyl ether)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고내스크래치, 눈부심방지 및 오염방지 특성을 가지는 하드코팅 조성물이 코팅된 표시장치용 백커버부재.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 백커버부재는 55-65%의 헤이즈(Haza) 값과 0.35-0.55㎛의 중심선 평균 거칠기 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치용 백커버부재.
