Claims (12)
- 복수의 전지셀을 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결한 조전지에서 상기 전지셀 사이에 개재되는, 조전지용 단열시트에 있어서,
실리카 나노입자로 구성된 제1 입자와, 금속산화물로 구성된 제2 입자와, 결합재를 포함하고,
상기 제1 입자의 함량은 상기 제1 입자와 제2 입자의 합계중량을 기준으로 60 중량% 이상 95 중량% 이하이고,
상기 제1 입자는 평균 입자직경이 1nm 이상 100nm 이하이며,
밀도가 0.47 g/cm3 내지 0.61 g/cm3인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 입자가 티타니아, 지르코니아, 지르콘, 티탄산바륨, 산화아연 및 알루미나에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 구성된, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 입자가 티타니아인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 입자는 평균 입자직경이 0.1μm 이상 50μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 입자와 상기 제2 입자의 합계 중량이, 조전지용 단열시트 전체 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 이상인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 결합재는, 섬유 및 내열수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 결합재의 함유량은, 조전지용 단열시트 전체 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이상 50 중량% 이하인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 결합재는 무기섬유인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 조전지용 단열시트가 무기벌룬을 추가로 포함하는, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 무기벌룬은, 시라스 벌룬, 실리카 벌룬, 플라이애쉬 벌룬, 펄라이트 벌룬, 및 글래스 벌룬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 무기벌룬은 평균입자경이 1μm 이상 100μm 이하인, 조전지용 단열시트.
- 복수의 전지셀이 청구항 1 내지 11 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 조전지용 단열시트를 개재하여 배치되고, 복수의 전지셀이 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결된 조전지.
