Claims (3)
- 반공진 댐퍼를 구비하는 토크 컨버터로서,
상기 반공진 댐퍼는,
상기 토크 컨버터의 동력 전달 경로 상에 구비되는 회전 플레이트를 사이에 두고 서로 대향하여 배치되는 제1 질량체 플레이트와 제2 질량체 플레이트를 포함하는 한 쌍의 질량체 플레이트;
상기 회전 플레이트를 관통하여 연장되며, 상기 제1 질량체 플레이트와 상기 제2 질량체 플레이트가 일체로 회전하도록 연결하는 복수의 체결수단; 및
상기 한 쌍의 질량체 플레이트와 상기 회전 플레이트를 회전방향에 대해서 탄력적으로 연결하며, 원호형상으로 배치되는 복수의 댐퍼 스프링을 포함하고,
상기 복수의 체결수단은 각각 상기 회전 플레이트의 회전방향으로 상기 복수의 댐퍼 스프링들 사이에 배치되고,
상기 제1 질량체 플레이트와 상기 제2 질량체 플레이트에는,
상기 댐퍼 스프링이 수용되는 제2 스프링 홀과 제3 스프링 홀이 각각 형성되되 제1, 제2 질량체 플레이트의 표면으로부터 돌출되게 형성되지 않으며, 상기 댐퍼 스프링의 외경은 상기 제1, 제2 질량체 플레이트 및 상기 회전 플레이트의 축방향 두께의 합(ta)보다 크지 않도록 구성되고,
상기 제2 스프링 홀과 상기 제3 스프링 홀은 상기 회전 플레이트를 향하는 내측면의 반경 방향 폭이 외측면의 반경 방향 폭보다 더 크게 형성되고, 상기 외측면의 반경 방향 폭은 상기 댐퍼 스프링의 외경보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 컨버터.
- 제1 항에서,
상기 제1 질량체 플레이트, 상기 제2 질량체 플레이트 및 상기 회전 플레이트의 조립체의 두께는 상기 복수의 댐퍼 스프링의 외경보다 더 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 컨버터.
- 제2 항에서,
상기 복수의 체결수단의 길이는 상기 조립체의 두께보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 컨버터.
