Claims (15)
- 데이터 라인과 전압라인을 구비하는 복수의 컬럼라인;
상기 복수의 컬럼라인 및 복수의 수평라인이 교차하여 매트릭스 형태로 형성되며 복수의 투과영역 및 복수의 회로영역을 구비하는 복수의 화소영역;
상기 투과영역에서 상기 회로영역까지 연장되며 투명도전물질로 이루어지는 제 1 전극;
상기 투과영역에서의 제 1 전극 상에 배치되고, 투명한 유기 물질로 이루어지는 유기발광층; 및
상기 유기발광층 상에 배치되고 투명도전물질로 이루어지는 제 2 전극;을 포함하고,
1개의 상기 투과영역은 적어도 2개의 발광영역을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 2개의 발광영역들은 제1 뱅크패턴으로 구분되며,
상기 발광영역들 전체는 상기 투과영역과 중첩된 투명표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
1 개의 화소 영역은 적어도 2 개의 서브화소 영역들을 포함하는 투명표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 2 개의 서브화소 영역 사이에 제 1 뱅크 패턴이 배치되는 투명표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 1 개의 화소 영역은 적어도 1 개의 투과영역을 포함하는 투명표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 뱅크 패턴은 투명한 유기 물질로 이루어지는 투명표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 1 개의 투과영역은 상기 1 개의 투과영역에 배치되는 발광영역들 및 제 1 뱅크 패턴이 배치되는 영역과 동일한 투명표시장치.

상기 발광영역들의 발광 면적은 동일하게 이루어지는 투명표시장치.

상기 발광영역들의 발광 면적은 서로 상이하게 이루어지는 투명표시장치.

상기 발광영역들의 면적은 상기 제 1뱅크 패턴의 너비 또는 위치에 의해 결정되는 투명표시장치.
