Claims (36)
- 기화기에 있어서,
외부 하우징을 포함하는 기화기 본체;
상기 외부 하우징 내에 끼워지도록 구성되는 구조 하우징 구성요소;
상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되고, 공기가 통과하여 가열되는 적어도 하나의 개구를 갖는 히터;
기화 가능 물질이 상기 히터로 가열된 공기에 의해 가열되어, 상기 가열된 공기 내로 적어도 부분적으로 기화되게 하도록 상기 기화 가능 물질을 유지하게 구성된 오븐 챔버로서, 이 오븐 챔버는 상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되고, 상기 오븐 챔버는 표면 영역을 갖는 측벽을 포함하고, 상기 측벽의 표면 영역의 대부분은 공기 간극에 의해 둘러싸이는 것인 오븐 챔버;
상기 히터에 커플링되고, 상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되며, 상기 히터가 소정 온도로 가열되게 하도록 구성된 제어기; 및
상기 기화기 본체의 단부에 커플링되고, 가열된 공기 및 기화된 물질을 전달하도록 구성된 마우스피스
를 포함하는 기화기. - 기화기에 있어서,
외부 하우징과, 상기 외부 하우징 내에 수납되고 캐비티를 획정하는 내부 구조 하우징 구성요소를 포함하는 기화기 본체;
상기 외부 하우징의 일부를 통해 상기 내부 구조 하우징 구성요소의 캐비티 내로 연장하고, 공기를 캐비티 내로 진입시키는 공기 입구;
상기 내부 구조 하우징 구성요소의 캐비티 내에 현수된 히터로서, 상기 히터는 공기가 통과하는 하나 이상의 개구를 갖고, 상기 히터 및 상기 하나 이상의 개구는 공기가 가열을 위해 히터 위로 그리고 히터를 거쳐 통과할 때에 공기 내에 난류를 생성하는 것인 히터;
상기 내부 구조 하우징 구성요소의 캐비티 내에 있고, 기화 가능 물질이 상기 히터로 가열된 공기에 의해 가열되어, 상기 가열된 공기 내로 기화되게 하도록 상기 기화 가능 물질을 유지하게 구성된 오븐 챔버;
상기 히터에 커플링되고, 상기 히터로의 공기 유동이 검출될 때에 상기 히터가 사전결정된 온도로 가열되게 하도록 구성된 제어기; 및
상기 외부 하우징에 커플링되고, 가열된 공기 및 기화된 물질을 전달하도록 구성된 마우스피스
를 포함하는 기화기. - 기화기의 작동 방법으로서,
상기 기화기의 마우스피스에 대한 흡인을 감지하는 흡인 감지 단계;
상기 기화기의 히터에 에너지를 인가하는 에너지 인가 단계;
상기 히터로부터의 가열된 공기의 공기 온도를 모니터링하는 공기 온도 모니터링 단계;
상기 히터에 인가되는 에너지를 수정함으로써 오븐 챔버의 오븐 온도를 제한하는 오븐 온도 제한 단계; 및
상기 히터의 저항의 변화에 응답하여 히터 온도를 제어하도록 상기 히터의 히터 온도를 조절하는 히터 온도 조절 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 기화기는,
외부 하우징을 포함하는 기화기 본체;
상기 외부 하우징 내에 끼워지도록 구성되는 구조 하우징 구성요소; 및
상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되는 제어기
를 포함하고,
상기 히터는 상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되고, 상기 제어기에 커플링되며, 공기가 통과하여 가열되는 적어도 하나의 개구를 갖고,
상기 오븐 챔버는 상기 구조 하우징 구성요소 내에 수납되고, 상기 오븐 챔버는, 기화 가능 물질이 상기 히터로 가열된 공기에 의해 가열되어, 상기 가열된 공기 내로 적어도 부분적으로 기화되게 하도록 상기 기화 가능 물질을 유지하게 구성되며, 상기 오븐 챔버는 표면 영역을 갖는 측벽을 포함하고, 상기 측벽의 표면 영역의 대부분은 공기 간극에 의해 둘러싸이며,
상기 마우스피스는 상기 기화기 본체에 커플링되고, 가열된 공기 및 기화된 물질을 전달하도록 구성되고,
상기 제어기는 적어도, 상기 흡인 감지 단계, 에너지 인가 단계, 공기 온도 모니터링 단계, 오븐 온도 제한 단계 및 히터 온도 조절 단계를 수행하도록 구성되는 것인 기화기의 작동 방법. - 기화기에 있어서,
외부 하우징을 포함하는 기화기 본체;
상기 외부 하우징 내의 히터로서, 상기 히터의 영역 내에서 유동하는 공기의 유동을 방해하고 이 공기를 가열하도록 구성되는 히터;
상기 히터에 유동식으로 커플링되고, 기화 가능 물질이 상기 히터로 가열된 공기에 의해 가열되어, 상기 가열된 공기 내로 기화되게 하도록 상기 기화 가능 물질을 유지하게 구성된 오븐 챔버로서, 이 오븐 챔버의 벽이 공기 간극에 의해 둘러싸이는 것인 오븐 챔버; 및
상기 기화기 본체에 커플링되고, 가열된 공기 및 기화된 물질을 전달하도록 구성된 마우스피스
