Abstract
Description
도 2a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 속 돌연변이주 KRA16-334M70 균주가 생산하는 제초 활성 물질 334-HP100-M의 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(HPLC) 분석 결과이고, 도 2b는 상기 제초 활성 물질 334-HP100-M의 정량분석 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 속 돌연변이주 KRA16-334M70 균주가 생산하는 제초 활성 물질 334-HP50-W4의 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(HPLC) 분석 결과이고, 도 3b는 상기 제초 활성 물질 334-HP50-W4의 정량분석 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 속 돌연변이 후보 균주들의 제초 활성을 평가한 사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 속 돌연변이 후보 균주들이 생산하는 제초 활성 물질의 수율을 비교한 것이다.
도 6a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스트렙토마이세스 속 돌연변이주 KRA16-334M70 균주 배양여액을 단독으로 처리할 때 바랭이와 까마중에서 농도에 따른 제초 활성을 나타낸 그래프이고, 도 6b는 상기 KRA16-334M70 균주 배양여액에 Tween-20(0.1%)를 혼합하여 처리할 때 바랭이와 까마중에서 농도에 따른 제초 활성을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 보조제 3종 각각, M70 균주 배양액 및 M70 균주 배양액+보조제 3종 각각을 바랭이에 처리 10일 후 결과를 대조군과 비교한 사진이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 M70 균주 배양액의 2, 4, 8, 16, 32배 희석액에 보조제 3종 각각을 바랭이에 처리 4일 후 결과를 대조군과 비교한 사진이다.
Claims (12)
- 스트렙토마이세스 속(Streptomyces sp.) 돌연변이주 KRA16-334M70 균주(KCTC15096BP)의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 잡초 방제용 조성물에서,
상기 조성물은 보조제로서, 캐스터 오일 폴리옥시에틸렌 에테르(Castor oil polyoxyethylene ether), 이차 알코올 에톡시레이트(Secondary alcohol ethoxylate) 또는 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴 에테르(Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether)를 더 포함하고,
상기 균주의 배양액은 1 내지 32배로 희석되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
잡초 방제용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균주는
스트렙토마이세스 속(Streptomyces sp.) 균주 KRA16-334(KCTC13357BP)에 비해 제초 활성 물질의 수율이 증가한 것을 특징으로 하는,
잡초 방제용 조성물.

화본과 잡초로서 수수(Sorghum bicolor), 돌피(Echinochloa crus-galli), 바랭이(Digitaria sanguinalis), 개밀(Agropyron smithii), 및 미국개기장(Panicum dichotomiflorum)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 식물에 대한 잡초 방제 활성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
잡초 방제용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은
광엽 잡초로서 까마중(Solanum nigrum), 자귀풀(Aeschynomene indica), 어저귀(Abutilon avicennae), 도꼬마리(Xanthium strumarium) 및 메꽃(Calystegia japonica)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 식물에 대한 잡초 방제 활성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
잡초 방제용 조성물.
- 스트렙토마이세스 속(Streptomyces sp.) 돌연변이주 KRA16-334M70 균주(KCTC15096BP)의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물을 잡초의 전부 또는 일부, 이의 종자 또는 이의 서식지에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 잡초 방제 방법에서,
