- 하나 이상의 행 또는 하나 이상의 열을 따라 배치되는 복수의 제1 픽셀을 포함하는 제1 영역; 및
상기 제1 영역의 주변에서 상기 하나 이상의 행 또는 하나 이상의 열을 따라 배치되는 복수의 제2 픽셀을 포함하며, 상기 제1 영역보다 작은 면적을 갖는 제2 영역; 을 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역은 하나의 화면을 표시하며,
상기 제1 영역은 서로 마주보는 TFT 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 포함하고,
상기 제2 영역은 상기 제1 영역의 상기 TFT 기판과 상기 컬러필터 기판의 사이에 대응되는 공간을 밀봉하는 실링부와, 상기 실링부 상에 상기 제1 영역의 상기 컬러필터 기판과 대응되도록 배치되며 상기 복수의 제2 픽셀이 실장되는 회로 기판을 포함하고,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 영역은 상기 회로 기판 상에 실장되며 적색, 녹색 및 청색 광을 방출하는 복수의 LED셀을 더 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제2 픽셀은 각각 상기 적색, 녹색 및 청색 광을 방출하는 LED셀을 적어도 하나씩 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 제2 픽셀 각각은,
제1 도전형 반도체층, 활성층 및 제2 도전형 반도체층을 갖는 제1 내지 제3 LED를 포함하며, 제1 면 및 상기 제1 면과 반대에 위치하는 제2 면을 갖는 LED 어레이;
상기 LED 어레이의 제1 면에 배치되며, 상기 제1 내지 제3 LED가 선택적으로 구동 가능하도록 상기 제1 내지 제3 LED에 전기적으로 연결된 전극부;
상기 제1 내지 제3 LED에 각각 대응되도록 상기 LED 어레이의 제2 면에 배치되며, 상기 제1 내지 제3 LED로부터 방출되는 광을 조정하여 각각 적색 광, 녹색 광 및 청색 광을 제공하도록 구성된 제1 내지 제3 광조정부; 및
상기 제1 내지 제3 광조정부가 서로 분리되도록 상기 제1 내지 제3 광조정부 사이에 배치된 격벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 격벽의 두께는 상기 제1 내지 제3 광조정부의 두께보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 영역은 LCD, OLED 및 레이저 디스플레이(Laser Display) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 영역은 상기 TFT 기판과 상기 컬러필터 기판 사이에 마련되는 액정층을 더 포함하며,
상기 TFT 기판은 적어도 하나의 스위치 소자와 적어도 하나의 커패시턴스(capacitance) 소자를 갖는 제1 픽셀 회로를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 제2 픽셀은 상기 컬러필터 기판과 동일한 층에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 영역은 상기 TFT 기판과 상기 컬러필터 기판 사이에 마련되는 유기발광층을 더 포함하며,
상기 TFT 기판은 적어도 하나의 스위치 소자와 적어도 하나의 커패시턴스(capacitance) 소자를 갖는 제1 픽셀 회로를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 제2 픽셀은 상기 컬러필터 기판과 동일한 층에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 패널.
- 복수의 단위 디스플레이 패널을 포함하며,
상기 복수의 단위 디스플레이 패널 각각은,
하나 이상의 행 또는 하나 이상의 열을 따라 배치되는 복수의 제1 픽셀을 포함하는 제1 영역; 및
상기 제1 영역의 주변에서 상기 하나 이상의 행 또는 하나 이상의 열을 따라 배치되는 복수의 제2 픽셀을 포함하는 제2 영역; 을 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역은 하나의 화면을 표시하며,
상기 제1 영역은 서로 마주보는 TFT 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 포함하고,
상기 제2 영역은 상기 제1 영역의 상기 TFT 기판과 상기 컬러필터 기판의 사이에 대응되는 공간을 밀봉하는 실링부와, 상기 실링부 상에 상기 제1 영역의 상기 컬러필터 기판과 대응되도록 배치되며 상기 복수의 제2 픽셀이 실장되는 회로 기판을 포함하고,
상기 회로 기판은 상기 제1 영역의 상기 컬러필터 기판과 대응되는 위치에 배치되는멀티비전 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 단위 디스플레이 패널 각각은,
인접한 다른 단위 디스플레이 패널과 마주하는 면에 배치되어 화면신호와 전력을 공급하는 커넥터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티비전 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터는 마그네틱 커넥터(magnetic connect)이며, 상기 복수의 단위 디스플레이 패널 각각은, 상기 인접한 다른 단위 디스플레이 패널과 상기 마그네틱 커넥터의 자력에 의해 결속되는 멀티비전 장치.
