Abstract
본 개시내용의 일 실시예에 따른 음료용기는, 길이방향을 따라 연장 형성되며, 내부공간에 음료가 채워지는 음료용기 본체부 및 상기 본체부 상부에 연장 형성되며, 개폐형 캡이 결합되는 캡결합부를 포함하며, 상기 본체부의 하부 내측면은 중앙 내측면보다 큰 두께를 가지면서 중심을 따라 용기 내부로 인입 형성되는 인입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 4는 본 개시내용의 일 실시예에 따른 음료용기에 있어서, 오목부의 상세도.
또한, 상기 오목부(60)의 두께 폭은 곡률의 중앙부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(c)이 최소가 되고, 상기 오목부(60) 곡률의 상부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(a)은 최대가 되며, 상기 오목부(60) 곡률의 하부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(b)은 상기 최대폭(a)와 최소폭(c) 사이의 범위 내(c<b<a)인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 길이방향을 따라 연장 형성되며, 내부공간에 음료가 채워지는 음료용기 본체부 및 상기 본체부 상부에 연장 형성되며, 개폐형 캡이 결합되는 캡결합부를 포함하며,
상기 본체부의 하부 내측면은 중앙 내측면보다 큰 두께를 가지면서 중심을 따라 용기 내부로 인입 형성되는 인입부를 포함하고,
상기 본체부의 상부 외측면은 중앙 외측면보다 큰 두께를 가지며, 상기 캡결합부를 향할수록 두꺼워지되,
상기 본체부 상부와 캡결합부 사이에는 용기 중앙을 향해 인입 형성되고, 외측면이 곡면으로 이루어진 오목부를 더 포함하며,
상기 본체부 하부면은 상부를 향해 인입 형성되는 굴곡부를 더 포함하고,
상기 본체부의 하부 외측면은 용기 중심으로 향해 경사지는 경사부를 형성하며,
상기 오목부와 상기 캡결합부가 직선형이 아닌 곡선형으로 연결되되,
상기 오목부의 두께 폭은 곡률의 중앙부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(c)이 최소가 되고,
상기 오목부 곡률의 상부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(a)은 최대가 되며,
상기 오목부 곡률의 하부와 이에 수평 대응되는 용기 내측면 사이의 폭(b)은 상기 최대폭(a)와 최소폭(c) 사이의 범위 내(c<b<a)로 이루어지고,
상기 오목부에서 캡결합부까지 형성되는 곡률은, 상기 오목부에서 용기 중앙까지 형성되는 곡률보다 더 크게 이루어지고,
바이오베이스 코폴리에스터(co-polyester)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료용기. - 삭제
