Abstract
본 발명은 수분에 의한 팽창률이 낮은 콘택트렌즈 표면에 히알루론산을 화학적으로 결합시켜, 산소투과도와 표면 젖음성이 높으며, 착용감이 획기적으로 개선된 콘택트렌즈를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
콘택트렌즈는 실리콘 엘라스토머(Silicone elastomer)의 탄성중합체; 및 실리콘 하이드로젤(Silicone hydrogel)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자를 기반으로 하는 것인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
접촉각은 40° 이하인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈.
- S1) 콘택트렌즈 표면에 하이드록실기를 도입하는 단계;
S2) 상기 단계 S1)의 콘택트렌즈와 유기실란올을 반응시켜 콘택트렌즈 표면에 아민기를 도입하는 단계;
S3) 상기 단계 S2)의 콘택트렌즈와 다이알데하이드를 반응시켜 콘택트렌즈 표면에 알데하이드기를 도입하는 단계; 및
S4) 상기 단계 S3)의 콘택트렌즈와 아민화된 히알루론산을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항에 따른 표면개질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
단계 S1)는 산소 플라즈마를 처리하여 콘택트렌즈 표면에 하이드록실기를 도입하는 것인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
단계 S2)에서 유기실란올은 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란((3-Aminopropyl)ethyoxysilane, APTES), 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란((3-Aminopropyl)methyoxysilane, APTMS), [3-(2-아미노에틸아미노)프로필]트리메톡시실란([3-(2-Aminoethylamino)propyl]trimethoxysilane) 및 N-(3-트리메톡시실릴프로필)디에틸렌트리아민(N-(3-Trimethoxysilylpropyl)diethylenetriamine)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
단계 S3)에서 다이알데하이드는 글루타알데하이드(Glutaraldehyde), 글리옥살(Glyoxal) 및 숙신알데하이드(Succinaldehyde)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
히알루론산은 히알루론산(Hyaluronic acid, HA) 또는 히알루론산의 염이며,
상기 히알루론산의 분자량은 1,000내지 1,000,000 달톤(Da)인 표면개질 콘택트렌즈의 제조 방법.
