도 2의 (a)는 본 발명에 1실시형태의 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극의 개략적인 평면도이고, (b)는 (a)의 파선 A-A에 있어서의 양극의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 1실시형태의 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극에 포함되는 양극 활물질층의 내부구조를 나타내는 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 1실시형태의 비수전해질 이차전지의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 5의 (a)는 본 발명에 1실시형태의 비수전해질 이차전지에 포함되는 음극의 개략적인 평면도이고, (b)는 (a)의 파선 B-B에 있어서의 음극의 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 1실시형태의 비수전해질 이차전지에 포함되는 발전요소의 구성을 나타내는 개략적인 사시도이다.

Claims (17)
- 양극 활물질 입자와, 상기 양극 활물질 입자의 표면 상에 형성되어 복수의 탄소육각망면을 포함하는 탄소질 피막을 포함하고,
상기 탄소질 피막은 D밴드의 피크강도(ID)와 G밴드의 피크강도(IG)와의 비(ID/IG)가 0.9 이하이며, 또, G밴드의 피크 반값 전폭이 80cm-1 이하인 라만 스펙트럼이 측정되도록 설치되고,
복수의 탄소육각망면은 탄소육각망면의 망면이 상기 양극 활물질 입자의 표면에 대향하도록 배치되며,
상기 탄소질 피막은 상기 탄소질 피막의 투과형 전자현미경상에 포함되는 복수의 탄소육각망면의 망면 평균 길이가 3nm 이상 12nm 이하가 되도록 설치되고,
상기 양극 활물질 입자는 올리빈형 화합물의 입자 또는 NASICON형 화합물의 입자이며,
상기 탄소질 피막은 상기 양극 활물질 입자의 표면에 직접 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 삭제
- 제1항에 기재된 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극 활물질층을 구비한 비수전해질 이차전지용 양극.
- 제3항에 기재된 양극과, 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 끼워진 세퍼레이터와, 비수전해질과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 세퍼레이터와 상기 비수전해질을 수용하는 전지 케이스를 구비한 비수전해질 이차전지.
