Claims (7)
- 스테인리스강으로 구성되는 제1층(31)과,
Cu 또는 Cu 합금으로 구성되고, 상기 제1층에 압연 접합된 제2층(32)과,
스테인리스강으로 구성되고, 상기 제2층의 상기 제1층과는 반대측에 압연 접합된 제3층(33)을 구비하고,
전체 두께가 1㎜ 이하이고,
적층 방향을 따른 단면에서 보아, 상기 제1층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 최소 두께 및 상기 제3층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 최소 두께는, 각각, 상기 제1층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 평균 두께 및 상기 제3층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 평균 두께의 70% 이상 100% 미만인, 클래드재(30). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1층의 상기 최소 두께의 상기 클래드재의 두께에 대한 백분율의 표준 편차, 및 상기 제3층의 상기 최소 두께의 상기 클래드재의 두께에 대한 백분율의 표준 편차는 1.5% 이하인, 클래드재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1층 및 상기 제3층은, 모두 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강으로 구성되어 있는, 클래드재. - 스테인리스강으로 구성된 제1 금속판(131)과, Cu 또는 Cu 합금으로 구성된 제2 금속판(132)과, 스테인리스강으로 구성된 제3 금속판(133)을 이 순서로 적층시킨 상태에서 압연하여 접합하는 클래드 압연을 포함하고,
4.4×103N/㎜ 이상의 압접 하중에 의해 클래드 압연함으로써, 스테인리스강으로 구성되는 제1층과, Cu 또는 Cu 합금으로 구성되고, 상기 제1층에 압연 접합된 제2층과, 스테인리스강으로 구성되고, 상기 제2층의 상기 제1층과는 반대측에 압연 접합된 제3층을 구비하고, 전체 두께가 1㎜ 이하이고, 적층 방향을 따른 단면에서 보아, 상기 제1층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 최소 두께 및 상기 제3층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 최소 두께가, 각각, 상기 제1층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 평균 두께 및 상기 제3층의 상기 적층 방향에 있어서의 평균 두께의 70% 이상 100% 미만이 되는 클래드재를 제작하는, 클래드재(30)의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 압접 하중을 4.9×103N/㎜ 이상으로 하는, 클래드재의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
준비하는 상기 제2 금속판을, 어닐링 처리를 행한 후에 조질 압연되어 가공 경화된 것으로 하는, 클래드재의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
준비하는 상기 제2 금속판을, 조질 압연 후의 두께가 조질 압연 전의 두께의 60% 이상 100% 미만으로 되어 있는 것으로 하는, 클래드재의 제조 방법.
