Abstract
한 겹 이상의 종이는
(A) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0.25 내지 5 중량%의, 비닐아민 단위를 포함하는 하나 이상의 양이온 중합체, 및
(B) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0 내지 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 중합체 음이온 화합물
을 종이 원료에 첨가하고, 상기 종이 원료를 탈수하고 시트 형성하고, 생성된 종이 웹을 (C) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0.1 내지 3 중량%의 하나 이상의 전분으로 코팅하고, 상기 코팅된 종이 웹을 건조하는 방법에 의해 수득되고,
상기 중합체 음이온 화합물은 중합체 음이온 화합물(B1) 및 중합체 음이온 화합물(B2)로부터 선택되고,
상기 중합체 음이온 화합물(B1)은
(a) 하기 화학식 I의 아크릴아미드 및 N-비닐카복스아미드로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체,
(b) 산 기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 모노에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체 및/또는 이의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토 금속 또는 암모늄 염,
(c) 임의적으로, 상기 단량체 (a) 및 (b)와 상이한 하나 이상의 모노에틸렌적으로 불포화된 화합물, 및
(d) 임의적으로, 분자 내에 2개 이상의 에틸렌적으로 불포화된 이중 결합을 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물

Claims (10)
- 각각의 겹이 70 내지 200 g/㎡의 평량을 갖는 복수개의 겹의 종이로부터 골판지를 제조하는 방법으로서,
한 겹 이상의 종이를
(A) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0.25 내지 5 중량%의, 비닐아민 단위를 포함하는 하나 이상의 양이온 중합체, 및
(B) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0 내지 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 중합체 음이온 화합물
을 종이 원료에 첨가하고, 상기 종이 원료를 시트 형성에 의해 탈수하고, 수득된 종이 웹을 (C) 건식 종이 원료에 기초하여 0.1 내지 3 중량%의 하나 이상의 전분으로 코팅하고, 상기 코팅된 종이 웹을 건조하여 수득하고;
상기 중합체 음이온 화합물을 중합체 음이온 화합물(B1) 및 중합체 음이온 화합물(B2)로부터 선택하고;
상기 중합체 음이온 화합물(B1)을
(a) 하기 화학식 I의 아크릴아미드 및 N-비닐카복스아미드로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체, 및
(b) 하나 이상의 산-작용성 모노에틸렌적으로 불포화된 단량체 및/또는 이의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토 금속 또는 암모늄 염
을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 공중합하여 수득하고;
상기 중합체 음이온 화합물(B2)은 카복스아미드 잔기가 아미노 기로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 가수분해된 상기 중합체 음이온 화합물(B1)의 가수분해 생성물인, 방법:

R1 및 R2는 각각 H 또는 C1-C6 알킬이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
비닐아민 단위를 포함하는 양이온 중합체가 폴리비닐아민이거나 N-비닐포름아미드의 10 몰% 이상의 가수분해된 단독중합체인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
중합체 음이온 화합물을
(a1) N-비닐포름아미드, 및
(b1) 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및/또는 이의 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄 염
을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 중합하여 수득하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
중합체 음이온 화합물이 아크릴아미드의 음이온 공중합체인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
중합체 음이온 화합물을
(a1) 아크릴아미드, 및
(b1) 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및/또는 이의 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄 염
을 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 공중합하여 수득하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
수득된 종이 웹을 효소로 분해된 전분으로 코팅하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되는 골판지.
- 포장용 상자의 제조에 있어서 제 9 항에 따른 골판지의 사용 방법.
