Claims (10)
- (A) 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 불포화 유기 기를 갖고, 구조, 실록산 단위 및 배열(sequence) 중 하나 이상이 상이한 폴리오르가노실록산의 2개 이상의 혼합물 2 내지 10 중량%,
(B) 점도가 30 내지 500 cP인 화학식 (R3)3Si(OSi(R3)2)qOSi(OR3)rR3 (3-r) (여기서, R3은 독립적으로 1가 포화 유기 기이고, 하첨자 q는 2 이상의 평균값을 가지며, r은 0 내지 3의 정수이다)의 오르가노폴리실록산 3 내지 8 중량%,
(C) 하기 화학식 I:

(상기 식에서, 각각의 Ra는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 기, 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 기 및 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알키닐 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 화합물 내의 Ra 중 3개 이상은 알케닐 기 또는 알키닐 기이고, 각각의 Rb는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 기, 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 기, 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알키닐 기, 아릴 기, 알콕시 기, 아크릴레이트 기 및 메타크릴레이트 기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, n은 1 내지 100의 정수임)로 표시되는 화합물 0.5 내지 3 중량%,
(D) 열 전도성 충전제 1 내지 85 중량%,
(E) 평균 2개 이상의 실리콘 결합된 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산 0.1 내지 5 중량%,
(F) 하이드로실릴화 반응 촉매 0.1 내지 200 ppm, 및
(G) 보강 충전제 0.1 내지 10 중량%
를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노폴리실록산은 하나 이상의 하이드록실 알킬 기를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 충전제는 실리카 분말인, 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 분말은 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 불포화 유기 기를 갖는 상기 폴리오르가노실록산과 혼합되는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노폴리실록산 구조의 말단에 하나 이상의 비닐 기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산을 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 물품의 표면 상에 접촉되는 경화된 중합체 재료로서, 상기 경화된 중합체 조성물은 제1항의 조성물로부터 형성되는, 경화된 중합체 재료.
- 물품 상에 열 전도성 재료를 형성하는 방법으로서,
(a) 물품 상에 조성물을 도포하는 단계로서, 상기 조성물은
(A) 분자당 평균 2개 이상의 불포화 유기 기를 갖고, 구조, 실록산 단위 및 배열(sequence) 중 하나 이상이 상이한 폴리오르가노실록산의 2개 이상의 혼합물 2 내지 10 중량%,
(B) 점도가 30 내지 500 cP인 화학식 (R3)3Si(OSi(R3)2)qOSi(OR3)rR3 (3-r) (여기서, R3은 독립적으로 1가 포화 유기 기이고, 하첨자 q는 2 이상의 평균값을 가지며, r은 0 내지 3의 정수이다)의 오르가노폴리실록산 3 내지 8 중량%,
(C) 하기 화학식 I:

(D) 열 전도성 충전제 1 내지 85 중량%,
(E) 평균 2개 이상의 실리콘 결합된 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산 0.1 내지 5 중량%,
(F) 하이드로실릴화 반응 촉매 0.1 내지 200 ppm, 및
(G) 보강 충전제 0.1 내지 10 중량%
를 포함하는, 상기 단계, 및
(b) 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경화시키는 단계는 80 내지 120℃ 하에서 30 내지 60분 동안, 또는 40 내지 80℃ 하에서 4 내지 10시간 동안 수행되는, 방법.
- 물품의 표면 상에 열 전도성 재료를 갖는 물품으로서, 상기 열 전도성 재료는 제1항의 조성물로부터 형성되는, 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 반도체, 트랜지스터, 집적 회로, 개별 디바이스, 발광 다이오드, 히트 싱크, 열 전도성 플레이트, 열 전도성 커버, 팬(fan) 또는 순환 냉각제 시스템으로부터 선택되는, 물품.
