도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 바이오엘라스토머의 착색 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 4는 실시예 2에 따라 얻어진 샘플(착용형 의료기기-비강확장기)들의 디지털 사진이다.
Claims (14)
- 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 전분 5 내지 50 중량부를 포함하고, 쇼어 A 경도가 5 내지 65이고, 팽윤율(팽윤된 재료 무게-건조된 재료 무게/건조된 재료 무게)이 0.2 내지 1.0 인 탄성 하이드로젤.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 전분의 함량은 상기 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 전분 5 내지 15 중량부이고, 쇼어 A 경도가 30 내지 50이고, 팽윤율이 0.3 내지 0.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤.
- 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 전분 5 내지 50 중량부, 가교제 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 경화 지연제 0.1 내지 2 중량부 및 가황제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 성형 및 경화하는 단계; 및
상기 경화된 엘라스토머를 열탕 침지하여 상기 전분을 겔화하는 단계를 포함하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는, 디메틸하이드로젠실록산 또는 메틸하이드로젠실록산과 메틸실세스퀴옥산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경화 지연제는 2-메틸-3-부틴-2-올, 2-페닐-3-부틴-2-올, 3,5-디메틸-1-헥신-3-올, 1-에티닐사이클로헥산올, 1,5-헥사디인, 1,6-헵타디인, 3,5-디메틸-1-헥센-1-인, 3-에틸-3-부텐-1-인, 3-페닐-3-부텐-1-인, 1,3-디비닐테트라메틸디실록산, 1,3,5,7-테트라비닐테트라메틸사이클로테트라실록산 및 1,3-디비닐-1,3-디페닐디메틸디실록산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가황제는, 말단이 히드록시기로 블록킹된(terminated) 디메틸실록산, 말단이 히드록시기로 블록킹된 메틸비닐실록산, 옥타메틸 시클로테트라실록산, 말단이 디메틸비닐실록시기로 블록킹된 디메틸실록산, 말단이 히드록시기로 블록킹된 폴리디메틸실록산 및 메틸비닐시클로실록산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전분은, 천연 전분 및 변성 전분으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전분은, 물리적 변성 전분(physically modified starch), 효소처리 전분, 산처리 전분, 염기처리 전분, 표백 전분, 인산 일전분(monostarch phosphate), 전분 아세테이트, 히드록시프로필 전분 및 히드록시프로필 인산 이전분으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 변성 전분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 하이드로젤의 쇼어 A 경도가 5 내지 65이고, 팽윤율(팽윤된 재료 무게-건조된 재료 무게/건조된 재료 무게)이 0.2 내지 1.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전분의 함량은 상기 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 15 중량부이고, 상기 탄성 하이드로젤의 쇼어 A 경도가 30 내지 50이고, 팽윤율이 0.3 내지 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탄성 하이드로젤을 건조하는 단계; 및
상기 건조된 탄성 하이드로젤을 60℃ 이상의 물에서 2분 내지 30분간 침지하여 수분으로 팽윤하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 하이드로젤의 제조 방법. - 실리콘 엘라스토머 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 전분 5 내지 50 중량부, 가교제 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 경화 지연제 0.1 내지 2 중량부 및 가황제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 엘라스토머 조성물을 성형 및 경화하는 단계; 및
상기 경화된 엘라스토머를 가열하여, 상기 전분의 캐러멜화에 의한 색상을 발현하는 단계를 포함하는 바이오폴리머의 착색 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전분의 캐러멜화를 위한 가열 온도는 170℃ 내지 250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오폴리머의 착색 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전분의 캐러멜화를 위한 가열 시간은 30분 내지 150분인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오폴리머의 착색 방법.
