Abstract
Description
도 2는 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene)의 말단의 불포화기에 말레산무수물(maleic anhydride)을 반응시켜 생성된 반응물(이하 PIBSA)의 구조를 나타낸 예시도.
도 3은 PIBSA에 1mole methanol을 반응시킨후(PIBSM), epichlorohydrin을 반응시켜 에폭시기를 부가한 반응물의 구조(PIBSME)를 나타낸 예시도.
도 4는 PIBSA에 ethanolamine을 1mole 반응시켜 생성된 반응물(이하 PIBSEA)에 epichlorohydrin을 반응시켜 에폭시기를 부가한 반응물의 구조(PIBSEEA)를 나타낸 예시도.
도 5는 PIBSA에 diethanolamine을 1mole 반응시켜 생성된 반응물(이하 PIBSDEA)에 epichlorohydrin을 반응시켜 에폭시기를 부가한 반응물의 구조(PIBSEDEA)를 나타낸 예시도.
도 6은 PIBSA에 polyamine 1mole을 반응시켜 아민기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌의 구조(PIBSI)를 나타낸 예시도.
Claims (4)
- 에폭시기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene), bisphenol-A형 에폭시수지, 충진제, 반응성 희석제, 침강방지제, 분산제, 소포제 및 착색안료를 포함하는 수지부; 및
아민기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene) 및 폴리에테르형 아민경화제를 포함하는 경화제부를 포함하고,
상기 충진제는 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 탈크, 마그네슘 실리케이트 및 마이카로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 반응성 희석제는 에폭시기가 2관능성인 지방성 글라이시딜 에테르(Aliphatic glycidyl ether)이고,
상기 침강방지제는 실리카(Hydrophilic fumed silica) 타입의 침강 방지제이고,
상기 분산제는 상기 착색안료를 구성하는 안료입자를 수지 중에 분산시키고,
상기 소포제는 기포 형성을 막거나 발생한 기포를 제거하며,
상기 착색안료는 백색 또는 유색 안료들 중 하나인 방수용 도료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지부에서 에폭시기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌은 15 내지 40중량%이고,
bisphenol-A형 에폭시수지는 15 내지 40중량%이고,
상기 충진제는 10 내지 20중량%이고,
상기 반응성 희석제는 6 내지 24중량%이고,
상기 침강방지제는 1 내지 2중량%이고,
상기 분산제는 1 내지 2중량%이고,
상기 소포제는 1 내지 2중량%이고,
상기 착색안료는 2 내지 20중량%이고,
상기 경화제부에서 아민기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌은 30 내지 70중량%이며,
폴레에테르형 아민은 30 내지 70중량%인 방수용 도료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene)은,
폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene)에 말레산무수물(maleic anhydride)을 1차적으로 부가반응(addition reaction)시켜 반응물을 생성하고, 이 반응물에 methanol, 에탄올아민 및 디에탄올아민중 하나를 1mole반응시켜, 이 반응물에 -OH기를 가지게 한 후, -OH기에 에피클로로히드린(epichlorohydrin)을 가성소다 촉매하에서 반응시켜 제조되는 방수용 도료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene)의 수평균 평균분자량은 300 내지 10,000며, 상기 아민기가 치환된 폴리이소부틸렌(polyisobutylene)의 수평균 평균분자량은 300 내지 10,000인 방수용 도료.
