Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 가교결합성 에폭시 수지;
에폭시 경화제; 및
피라진 모이어티(moiety)를 포함하는 화합물
을 포함하고,
상기 화합물은 하기 일반식들로부터 선택되는, 경화성 조성물:
및
상기 식에서, R은 독립적으로 C1 내지 C4 알킬 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되며, 선택적으로 -OH, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 피라질, 2-하이드록시페닐, 3-하이드록시페닐, 및 4-하이드록시페닐 기 중 적어도 하나로 치환될 수 있고;
상기 식에서, R1은 -H, 벤질, 및 C1 내지 C6 알킬 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되고, R2는 -C(O)R', -C(O)NHR', -C(OH)R', 벤질, 및 C1 내지 C6 알킬 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되고, R'은 C1 내지 C6 알킬, 아릴, 벤질 또는 헤테로아릴 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되고;
상기 식에서, R은 독립적으로 -H 및 C1 내지 C6 알킬 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되고; 및
상기 식에서, R은 독립적으로 -H 및 C1 내지 C6 알킬 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되거나, 또는 2개의 R들이 -CH2- 결합을 형성하고; R'은 독립적으로 -H 및 C1 내지 C6 알킬 기 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택됨. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합성 에폭시 수지는 다가 페놀의 다이글리시딜 에테르, 에폭시 노볼락 수지, 에폭시 크레졸 노볼락 수지, 에폭시 페놀 노볼락 수지, 및 아이소시아네이트-개질된 에폭시 수지 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되는, 경화성 조성물.
- 접착 기재를 제조하는 방법으로서,
제1 기재 및 제2 기재를 제공하는 단계;
상기 제1 기재와 상기 제2 기재 사이에 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물을 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물은
가교결합성 에폭시 수지;
경화제; 및
피라진 모이어티를 포함하는 화합물
을 포함하며,
상기 화합물은 하기 일반식들로부터 선택되는, 접착 기재의 제조 방법:

상기 식에서, R은 독립적으로 C1 내지 C4 알킬 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되며, 선택적으로 -OH, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 피라질, 2-하이드록시페닐, 3-하이드록시페닐, 및 4-하이드록시페닐 기 중 적어도 하나로 치환될 수 있고;

상기 외측 표면의 적어도 일부분 상에 침착된 코팅

상기 코팅은 가교결합성 에폭시 수지; 경화제; 및 피라진 모이어티를 포함하는 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 화합물은 하기 일반식들로부터 선택되는, 물품:

상기 식에서, R은 독립적으로 C1 내지 C4 알킬 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되며, 선택적으로 -OH, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 피라질, 2-하이드록시페닐, 3-하이드록시페닐, 및 4-하이드록시페닐 기 중 적어도 하나로 치환될 수 있고;
