Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 이하의 i) 및 ii)의 성질을 구비한 실리콘 유체 조성물인 오일 미스트 억제제.
i) 25℃에서 10.0 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 디메틸폴리실록산 오일에 당해 실리콘 유체 조성물을 1.0 질량% 첨가함으로써, 첨가 후의 당해 디메틸폴리실록산 오일의 최대 라멜라 길이를 5% 이상 증가시키는 성질;
ii) 25℃에서 10.0 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 디메틸폴리실록산 오일과 균일하게 혼합 가능한 성질 - ◈청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 유체 조성물의 성질 i)에 있어서의 최대 라멜라 길이의 증가량이 10∼100%의 범위인 오일 미스트 억제제. - ◈청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1 항에 있어서,
섬유 처리용 유제, 방적용 유제 또는 직물 처리용 유제에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 미스트 억제제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 유체 조성물이
(A) 이하의 성분(A1), 성분(A2), 성분(A3) 또는 이들의 2 종류 이상의 혼합물에서 선택되는 실리콘 화합물 1∼100 질량부,
(A1) 분자 내에 R1SiO1.5(식 중, R1은 할로겐 원자로 치환될 수 있는 1가 탄화수소기)로 나타내는 T 단위 및 SiO2.0으로 나타내는 Q 단위에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 분기 실록산 단위, 및 (R2 2SiO1.0)n(식 중, R2는 할로겐 원자로 치환될 수 있는 1가 탄화수소기, 알콕시기 또는 실라놀기이며, n은 2∼1000 범위의 수)으로 나타내는 사슬형의 폴리실록산 구조를 구비한 분기형 오르가노폴리실록산,
(A2) 히드로실릴화 반응 촉매의 존재하에서
(a1) 고리형 또는 직쇄형의 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산과,
(a2) 적어도 분자사슬 양 말단에 알케닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산을, 성분(a2) 내의 규소 원자 결합 수소 원자 1몰에 대한 성분(a1) 내의 알케닐기의 몰수가 0.9∼1.2가 되는 범위에서 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 가교성 오르가노폴리실록산,
(A3) 25℃에서, 1,000,000∼20,000,000 ㎟/s의 동점도 또는 가소도를 갖는 실리콘 검
및,
(B) 25℃에서 1∼1000 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 비극성 실리콘 오일(단, 상기 성분(A1) 또는 성분(A2)에 해당하는 것을 제외함) 99∼0 질량부를 함유하여 이루어지고,
당해 실리콘 유체 조성물이 실리콘 화합물(A)와 비극성 실리콘 오일(B)의 혼합물인 경우에는, 양자가 균일하게 혼합되어 있는 것을 추가적인 특징으로 하는 오일 미스트 억제제. - ◈청구항 5은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 4 항에 있어서,
비극성 실리콘 오일(B)가 25℃에서 1∼100 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 사슬형 또는 고리형의 비극성 실리콘 오일인 오일 미스트 억제제. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
비극성 실리콘 오일(B)가 25℃에서 1∼10 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 사슬형의 폴리디메틸실록산, 옥타메틸시클로테트라실록산, 및 데카메틸시클로펜타실록산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상인 오일 미스트 억제제. - (A) 이하의 성분(A1), 성분(A2), 성분(A3) 또는 이들의 2 종류 이상의 혼합물에서 선택되는 실리콘 화합물 1∼100 질량부,
(A1) 분자 내에 R1SiO1.5(식 중, R1은 할로겐 원자로 치환될 수 있는 1가 탄화수소기)로 나타내는 T 단위 및 SiO2.0으로 나타내는 Q 단위에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 분기 실록산 단위, 및 (R2 2SiO1.0)n(식 중, R2는 할로겐 원자로 치환될 수 있는 1가 탄화수소기, 알콕시기 또는 실라놀기이며, n은 2∼1000 범위의 수)으로 나타내는 사슬형의 폴리실록산 구조를 구비한 분기형 오르가노폴리실록산,
(A2) 히드로실릴화 반응 촉매의 존재하에서
(a1) 고리형 또는 직쇄형의 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산과,
(a2) 적어도 분자사슬 양 말단에 알케닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산을, 성분(a2) 내의 규소 원자 결합 수소 원자 1몰에 대한 성분(a1) 내의 알케닐기의 몰수가 0.9∼1.2가 되는 범위에서 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 가교성 오르가노폴리실록산,
(A3) 25℃에서, 1,000,000∼20,000,000 ㎟/s의 동점도 또는 가소도를 갖는 실리콘 검
및,
(B) 25℃에서 1∼1000 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 비극성 실리콘 오일(단, 상기 성분(A1) 또는 성분(A2)에 해당하는 것을 제외함) 99∼0 질량부를 함유하여 이루어지고, 또한
상기 실리콘 화합물(A)와 비극성 실리콘 오일(B)의 혼합물인 경우에는, 양자가 균일하게 혼합되어 있는 것을 추가적인 특징으로 하고,
이하의 i) 및 ii)의 성질:
i) 25℃에서 10.0 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 디메틸폴리실록산 오일에 당해 실리콘 유체 조성물을 1.0 질량% 첨가함으로써, 첨가 후의 당해 디메틸폴리실록산 오일의 최대 라멜라 길이를 5% 이상 증가시키는 성질; 및
ii) 25℃에서 10.0 ㎟/s의 동점도를 갖는 디메틸폴리실록산 오일과 균일하게 혼합 가능한 성질
을 구비한, 오일 미스트 억제제로서 사용하기 위한 실리콘 유체 조성물. - ◈청구항 8은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 오일 미스트 억제제를 함유하는 유제.
- ◈청구항 9은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 8 항에 있어서,
섬유 처리용 유제, 방적용 유제 또는 직물 처리용 유제인 유제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 오일 미스트 억제제를 유제에 첨가하는 공정, 및
당해 유제를 다른 기재에 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 오일 미스트 저감 방법. - ◈청구항 11은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 10 항에 있어서,
다른 기재가 섬유, 방적 또는 직물인 오일 미스트 저감 방법.
