Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 형태의 구상 구조의 사시도이다.
Claims (9)
- 유기 고분자 수지를 포함하는 분리막으로서,
구멍 직경 100nm 이상의 세공 용적 V1이 0.3cm3/g 이상 0.5cm3/g 이하이고,
구멍 직경 100nm 미만의 세공 용적 V2가 0.02cm3/g 이상 0.1cm3/g 미만이고,
세공 용적 V2와 상기 세공 용적 V1의 비 V1/V2가 3 이상 60 이하인 분리막.
V1: 수은 압입법으로 측정되는 구멍 직경 100nm 이상의 세공 용적
V2: 가스 흡착법으로 측정되는 구멍 직경 100nm 미만의 세공 용적 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 V1/V2가 3 이상 20 이하인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 불화비닐리덴 수지를 함유하는 구상체의 연속된 구조를 갖는 중공사막인 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 불화비닐리덴 수지를 함유하는 구상체의 연속된 구조를 갖는 중공사막인 분리막.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막의 파단 신도가 38% 이상인 분리막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막의 파단 신도가 38% 이상인 분리막.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막을 125℃의 수증기 분위기에서 20시간 가열 처리하였을 때의 중공사막 길이의 수축률이 0.5% 이상 25% 이하인 분리막.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막이 친수성 고분자를 함유하고,
상기 친수성 고분자는 2종류 이상의 모노머 단위로 구성되는 공중합체를 함유하고, 상기 친수성 고분자의 수화 에너지 밀도가 40 내지 70cal·mol-1·Å-3인 분리막. 단, 상기 수화 에너지 밀도는, 단위 체적당의 공중합체를 구성하는 모노머종의 수화 에너지의 총 수를 나타낸다. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분리막이 친수성 고분자를 함유하고,
상기 친수성 고분자는 2종류 이상의 모노머 단위로 구성되는 공중합체를 함유하고, 상기 친수성 고분자의 수화 에너지 밀도가 40 내지 70cal·mol-1·Å-3인 분리막. 단, 상기 수화 에너지 밀도는, 단위 체적당의 공중합체를 구성하는 모노머종의 수화 에너지의 총 수를 나타낸다.
