- 식 (1) 내지 (4)의 플루오로옥시알킬렌 기-함유 중합체 변성 실란 및 그것의 부분 (공)가수분해물/축합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물과 식 (9)의 플루오로옥시알킬렌 기-함유 중합체의 혼합물을 150 내지 400℃의 온도 범위에서 박막 증류하여 저-비등 성분을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 6 항의 발수발유 처리제의 제조 방법.
- 식 (1) 내지 (4)의 플루오로옥시알킬렌 기-함유 중합체 변성 실란 및 그것의 부분 (공)가수분해물/축합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물 및 식 (9)의 플루오로옥시알킬렌 기-함유 중합체를 150 내지 400℃의 온도 범위에서 따로 박막 증류하여 저-비등 성분을 제거하는 단계, 및 각 증류로부터의 잔류물을 함께 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 6 항의 발수발유 처리제의 제조 방법.
