Claims (10)
- 배터리 셀과 팩 단자 사이의 충방전 경로 상에 서로 직렬로 연결된 충방전 스위치 및 퓨즈를 포함하는 충방전 개폐부가 설치된 배터리 팩 진단 장치에 있어서,
일단이 상기 배터리 셀과 상기 충방전 개폐부 사이에 연결되고, 타단이 접지를 향하는 경로 상의 공통 노드에 연결되며, 일단과 타단 사이에 제1 저항부를 구비하는 제1 진단 경로;
일단이 상기 충방전 스위치와 상기 퓨즈 사이에 연결되고, 타단이 상기 공통 노드에 연결되며, 일단과 타단 사이에 제2 저항부를 구비하는 제2 진단 경로;
일단이 상기 충방전 개폐부와 상기 팩 단자 사이에 연결되고, 타단이 상기 공통 노드에 연결되며, 일단과 타단 사이에 제3 저항부를 구비하는 제3 진단 경로;
일단이 상기 공통 노드에 연결되어 상기 제1 진단 경로, 상기 제2 진단 경로 및 상기 제3 진단 경로 각각의 타단과 공통으로 연결되고, 타단이 접지에 연결되며, 진단 스위칭부 및 진단 저항부를 구비하는 통합 진단 경로;
상기 진단 스위칭부와 상기 진단 저항부 사이의 진단 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부; 및
상기 진단 스위칭부를 온오프시키며, 상기 전압 측정부에 의해 측정된 진단 전압에 기초하여 상기 충방전 개폐부의 이상 여부를 판정하는 제어부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 진단 경로, 상기 제2 진단 경로 및 상기 제3 진단 경로는, 스위칭 소자를 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 충방전 스위치 및 상기 퓨즈 중 어느 부품에 이상이 있는지를 판단하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 측정된 진단 전압과 비교되기 위한 참조 전압을 저장하는 메모리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 진단 경로는, 상기 충방전 경로에서 상기 공통 노드를 향하는 방향으로만 전류가 흐르도록 구성된 다이오드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 진단 경로 및 상기 제3 진단 경로는, 상기 충방전 경로에서 상기 공통 노드를 향하는 방향으로만 전류가 흐르도록 구성된 다이오드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 진단 경로 및 상기 제3 진단 경로는, 상기 제2 저항부와 상기 공통 노드 사이의 경로 및 상기 제3 저항부와 상기 공통 노드 사이의 경로의 적어도 일부가 하나의 경로로 통합된 공통 경로를 구비하고, 상기 공통 경로 상에 상기 다이오드가 1개 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 진단 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
