Claims (8)
- 배터리;
퓨즈;
방전 경로 방향으로 형성된 바디 다이오드를 포함하는 충전용 스위치;
충전 경로 방향으로 형성된 바디 다이오드를 포함하는 방전용 스위치;
상기 충전용 스위치 및 상기 방전용 스위치의 접점에 일단이 연결된 서미스터;
상기 퓨즈, 상기 충전용 스위치 및 상기 방전용 스위치를 제어하고, 상기 서미스터의 타단에 연결되어 상기 서미스터의 타단으로부터 전압 값을 입력받는 제어부; 및
기준 전압 노드에 일단이 연결되고, 상기 제어부에 타단이 연결된 비교 저항을 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 과방전 방지모드에서 상기 방전용 스위치를 턴-오프시키고 과충전 방지모드에서 상기 충전용 스위치를 턴-오프시킴으로써, 1차 보호 기능을 수행하며,
상기 제어부는 상기 비교 저항을 통해 감지된 전압과 상기 서미스터를 통해 감지된 전압을 비교하여 상기 1차 보호 기능의 수행 여부를 검출하는, 배터리 보호 회로. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 서미스터의 상기 일단은 상기 충전용 스위치 및 상기 방전용 스위치의 접점에 연결된 열전도 패턴으로 구성된
배터리 보호 회로. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 서미스터의 저항 값 변화에 따른 전압 감지를 통해, 상기 충전용 스위치 또는 상기 방전용 스위치의 손상을 감지하고,
상기 퓨즈를 차단함으로써 보호 기능을 수행하는
배터리 보호 회로. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 퓨즈를 차단함으로써 2차 보호 기능을 수행하는
배터리 보호 회로. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 서미스터의 저항 값은 상기 충전용 스위치 및 상기 방전용 스위치 중 적어도 하나의 온도가 상승함에 따라 변화하는
배터리 보호 회로. - 삭제
