Claims (51)
- 하나 이상의 미생물 세포로부터 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 미생물 오일을 수득하는 방법으로서,
(a) 미생물 오일을 포함하는 세포를 용해(lysing)하여 용해된 세포 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 용해된 세포 조성물을 처리하여 오일-함유 유화액을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 용해된 세포 조성물로부터 오일-함유 유화액을 분리하는 단계;
(d) 상기 오일-함유 유화액을 해유화(demulsifying)시키는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 오일을 회수하는 단계
를 포함하되,
상기 (d) 단계가 (i) 시트르산을 포함하는 산을 첨가하고, (ii) 염기를 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계 또는 (b) 단계 중 하나 이상이, 상기 세포 또는 용해된 세포 조성물의 pH를 올림을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계 또는 (b) 단계 중 하나 이상이, pH를 7 이상으로 올림을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계 또는 (b) 단계 중 하나 이상이, pH를 7 내지 11로 올림을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계가 세포의 pH를 제어함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
세포의 pH의 제어가 염기를 첨가함을 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계 또는 (b) 단계 중 하나 이상이, 상기 세포 또는 용해된 세포 조성물을 진탕(agitating)함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

(a) 단계가, 세포 브로쓰(broth)의 중량 기준으로 0.05중량% 내지 20중량%의 양으로 효소를 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(b) 단계가, 세포 브로쓰의 중량 기준으로 0.05중량% 내지 20중량%의 양으로 염을 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 염이, 알칼리 금속 염, 알칼리 토금속 염, 설페이트 염, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계의 세포가 미세척된 것인, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계의 세포가 발효액에 함유되어 있는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

(a) 단계 및 (b) 단계가 함께 조합되어 1단계 용해 및 처리 단계를 형성하는, 방법. - 하나 이상의 미생물 세포로부터 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 미생물 오일을 수득하기 위한 방법으로서,
(a) 미생물 오일을 포함하는 세포를 용해하여, 용해된 세포 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 용해된 세포 조성물을 처리하여 오일-함유 유화액을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 오일-함유 유화액을, 상기 용해된 세포 조성물로부터 분리하는 단계;
(d) 상기 오일-함유 유화액을 해유화시키는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 오일을 회수하는 단계
를 포함하되, 여기서 (a) 단계 및 (b) 단계 중 하나 이상이, 세포 또는 용해된 세포 조성물의 pH를 올리고, 상기 세포 또는 용해된 세포 조성물을 진탕하고, 상기 세포 또는 용해된 세포 조성물을 가열함을 포함하고,
상기 (d) 단계가 (i) 시트르산을 포함하는 산을 첨가함을 추가로 포함하고, (ii) 염기를 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 40 항에 있어서,
(a) 단계가, 세포 브로쓰의 중량 기준으로 0.05중량% 내지 20중량%의 양으로 효소를 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 40 항 또는 제 41 항에 있어서,
(b) 단계가, 세포 브로쓰의 중량 기준으로 0.05중량% 내지 20중량%의 양으로 염을 첨가함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 40 항에 있어서,
(c) 단계가 오일-함유 유화액 및 용해된 세포 조성물을 50 ℃ 이상으로 가열함을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제 40 항에 있어서,
