Claims (11)
- 적어도 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖는 장식 시트이며,
상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층은, 한쪽 면에 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르는 오목부를 갖는 요철 형상을 갖고,
상기 요철 형상의 오목부 깊이 d와, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의, 상기 깊이 d의 시작점으로부터 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면과는 반대측의 면까지의 두께 T가, d/T×100 = 5 내지 10%의 관계를 충족하는 영역을 포함하고 있고,
상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층이, 상기 투명 수지 필름층 및 의장층을 갖고 있고,
상기 요철 형상의 오목부는, 상기 의장층측에서 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르도록 형성되어 있으며,
상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면측을 성형 수지와 적층하여 장식 수지 성형품으로 하기 위해 사용되는, 장식 시트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면측에, 지지 필름층을 더 갖는, 장식 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 필름층이, 상기 요철 형상의 오목부를 메우도록 적층되어 있는, 장식 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지 필름층이, 아크릴계 수지에 의해 형성되어 있는, 장식 시트.
- 적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖고, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층이, 한쪽 면에 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르는 오목부를 갖는 요철 형상을 갖는 장식 시트의 제조 방법이며,
적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖는 시트를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 시트의 상기 의장층 위로부터, 엠보싱 가공을 실시하여, 상기 요철 형상의 오목부 깊이 d와, 상기 의장층 및 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의, 상기 깊이 d의 시작점으로부터 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면과는 반대측의 면까지의 두께 T가, d/T×100 = 5 내지 10%의 관계를 충족하는 요철 형상을 형성하는 엠보싱 공정
을 구비하는, 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면측을 성형 수지와 적층하여 장식 수지 성형품으로 하기 위해 사용되는 장식 시트의 제조 방법. - 적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖고, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층이, 한쪽 면에 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르는 오목부를 갖는 요철 형상을 갖는 장식 시트의 제조 방법이며,
적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖는 시트를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 시트의 상기 의장층 위로부터, 엠보싱 가공을 실시하여, 요철 형상을 형성하는 엠보싱 공정과,
상기 엠보싱 공정 후에, 상기 투명 수지 필름층의 상기 요철 형상이 형성된 측과는 반대측의 표면에 경면 가공을 실시하여, 상기 엠보싱 공정에서 형성된 상기 요철 형상의 오목부 깊이 d와, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의, 상기 깊이 d의 시작점으로부터 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면과는 반대측의 면까지의 두께 T가, d/T×100 = 5 내지 10%의 관계를 충족하도록 조정하는 공정
을 구비하는, 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면측을 성형 수지와 적층하여 장식 수지 성형품으로 하기 위해 사용되는 장식 시트의 제조 방법. - 적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖고, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층이, 한쪽 면에 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르는 오목부를 갖는 요철 형상을 갖는 장식 시트의 제조 방법이며,
적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖는 시트를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 시트의 상기 의장층 위로부터, 엠보싱 가공을 실시하여, 요철 형상을 형성하는 엠보싱 공정과,
상기 엠보싱 공정 후에, 상기 시트의 요철 형상의 오목부를 메우도록 하여, 지지체 필름을 적층하여, 상기 엠보싱 공정에서 형성된 상기 요철 형상의 오목부 깊이 d와, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의, 상기 깊이 d의 시작점으로부터 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면과는 반대측의 면까지의 두께 T가, d/T×100 = 5 내지 10%의 관계를 충족하도록 조정하는 공정
을 구비하는, 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면측을 성형 수지와 적층하여 장식 수지 성형품으로 하기 위해 사용되는 장식 시트의 제조 방법. - 적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖고, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층이, 한쪽 면에 상기 투명 수지 필름층에 이르는 오목부를 갖는 요철 형상을 갖는 장식 시트의 제조 방법이며,
적어도 의장층 및 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층을 갖는 시트를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 시트의 상기 의장층 위로부터, 엠보싱 가공을 실시하여, 요철 형상을 형성하는 엠보싱 공정과,
상기 엠보싱 공정 후에, 상기 시트의 요철 형상의 오목부를 메우도록 하여, 지지체 필름을 적층하는 공정, 및 상기 투명 수지 필름층의 상기 요철 형상이 형성된 측과는 반대측의 표면에 경면 가공을 실시하는 공정을 행하여, 상기 엠보싱 공정에서 형성된 상기 요철 형상의 오목부 깊이 d와, 상기 투명 수지 필름층을 포함하는 층의, 상기 깊이 d의 시작점으로부터 상기 요철 형상을 갖는 면과는 반대측의 면까지의 두께 T가, d/T×100 = 5 내지 10%의 관계를 충족하게 조정하는 공정
