- 엔진의 후방에 위치하고, 제1 방향 또는 제2 방향으로 선택적으로 개방될 수 있는 바이패스밸브(bypass valve), 상기 제1 방향으로 상기 바이패스밸브의 후방에 위치하는 SCR장치 및 집진판을 구비하는 전기집진장치(ESP), 상기 전기집진장치의 후방에 위치하고, 제3 방향 또는 제4 방향으로 선택적으로 개방될 수 있는 쓰리웨이밸브(3-way valve), 상기 제4 방향으로 상기 쓰리웨이밸브의 후방에 위치하는 싸이클론(cyclone) 및 블로워(blower), 그리고 상기 싸이클론의 후방에 위치하는 소각부를 포함하며,
상기 전기집진장치는 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 전기집진장치로부터 탈진시키는 탈진수단을 포함하며,
상기 제2 방향과 상기 제3 방향은 배기부로 연장되는
엔진 배출 입자상 물질의 제거장치를 사용하여 입자상 물질을 제거하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 전기집진장치에 포집된 입자상 물질의 탈진이 필요하다고 판단될 경우,
상기 SCR장치 및 상기 전기집진장치를 오프(off) 하는 단계, 상기 바이패스밸브를 상기 제2 방향으로 개방하는 단계, 상기 탈진수단을 사용하여 상기 전기집진장치에 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 전기집진장치로부터 탈진시키는 단계, 상기 싸이클론 및 상기 블로워를 온(on) 하는 단계, 상기 쓰리웨이밸브를 상기 제4 방향으로 개방하는 단계, 상기 전기집진장치에 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 블로워에 의해 상기 싸이클론으로 보내는 단계, 그리고 상기 싸이클론에 의해 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 소각부로 보내어 소각하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 엔진으로부터 배출되는 입자상 물질을 상기 전기집진장치에 다시 포집시키고자 할 경우,
상기 싸이클론 및 상기 블로워를 오프 하는 단계, 상기 쓰리웨이밸브를 상기 제3 방향으로 개방하는 단계, 상기 SCR장치 및 상기 전기집진장치(ESP)를 온 하는 단계, 그리고 상기 바이패스밸브를 상기 제1 방향으로 개방하는 단계를 포함하는
엔진 배출 입자상 물질의 제거방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탈진시키는 단계는
상기 전기집진장치를 타격하여, 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 전기집진장치로부터 탈진시키는 단계,
상기 집진판의 표면을 전기가열하여 상기 전기집진장치로부터 포집된 입자상 물질을 탈진시키는 단계, 그리고
상기 집진판에 역전압을 걸어 역기전력으로 상기 전기집진장치로부터 입자상 물질을 탈진시키는 단계 중 어느 하나를 포함하는
엔진 배출 입자상 물질의 제거방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 탈진시키는 단계는
상기 전기집진장치를 타격하여, 포집된 입자상 물질을 상기 전기집진장치로부터 탈진시키는 단계,
통전 시 열을 발생시키는 소재로 제작된 상기 집진판을 통전시켜 상기 집진판에 포집된 입자상 물질이 가열되어 탈진되도록 하는 단계, 그리고
상기 집진판에 역전압을 걸어 역기전력으로 상기 전기집진장치로부터 입자상 물질을 탈진시키는 단계 중 어느 하나를 포함하는
