Claims (9)
- 제1 배터리 셀 및 상기 제1 배터리 셀 상에 적층되는 제2 배터리셀을 포함하는 다수의 배터리 셀;
상기 제1 배터리 셀의 상면 및 제2 배터리 셀의 하면에 접촉하는 제1 냉각부 및 상기 제1 냉각부의 양측면에서 연장되는 제2 냉각부를 포함하는 냉각핀; 및
상기 냉각핀의 열을 사이드 냉각핀의 하부에 위치하는 히트싱크로 전달하는 사이드 냉각핀;을 포함하고,
상기 냉각핀은 제1 배터리 셀의 측면 및 제2 배터리 셀의 측면과 각각, 접촉하며,
상기 히트 싱크와 인접하는 상기 배터리 셀의 하부에 제공되는 단열부재를 더 포함하는, 배터리 모듈.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀과 상기 사이드 냉각핀 사이에 제공되는 전도성 부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 전도성 부재는 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 제공되는 면적이 감소되는 배터리 모듈
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사이드 냉각핀의 접지부와 상기 히트 싱크 사이에 제공되는 전도성 부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 냉각핀은
상기 냉각핀과 접촉하는 면에 각각의 배터리 셀과 대응하여 형성되되, 상기 히트 싱크와 인접할수록 증가되는 적어도 하나의 노치홈을 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 사이드 냉각핀은
상기 노치홈에 대향되는 면에 형성되어 상기 사이드 냉각핀의 전열단면적을 보상하는 돌출부를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 냉각핀은
상기 히트 싱크와 인접할수록 전열단면적이 감소하도록 두께가 감소되는 배터리 모듈.
- 청구항 1 및 청구항 3 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각핀은 상기 제1냉각부의 일부가 분할되어 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
