Claims (5)
- ASTM A516-60/65 강종으로 이루어진 판재를 강관 형상으로 성형 후 양쪽 측부를 서브머지드 아크 용접하여 이음매가 되는 서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부를 형성하여 제조한 강관에 있어서,
상기 서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부는,
중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.05 ~ 0.1%, 실리콘(Si): 0.2 ~ 0.7%, 망간(Mn): 0.8 ~ 1.2%, 크롬(Cr): 0 초과 ~ 0.1%, 니켈(Ni): 0.05 ~ 0.15%, 몰리브덴(Mo): 0 초과 ~ 0.01%, 니오븀(Nb): 0 초과 ~ 0.03%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.01 ~ 0.025%, 보론(B): 0.0005 ~ 0.0025%, 인(P): 0 초과 ~ 0.02%, 황(S): 0 초과 ~ 0.01%, 및 잔부는 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
Mn[중량%]+5Si[중량%]+8Ni[중량%]+20Mo[중량%]가 3.5 이상 ~ 4.5 이하로 제어되는,
서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부는,
용접 금속부 강도: 450 MPa 이상, 비커스 경도: 210 Hv10 이하, 및 샤르피 충격시험: -51℃에서 60J 이상을 만족하는,
서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부는,
용접 금속부 강도: 450 ~ 550 MPa, 비커스 경도: 180 ~ 210 Hv10, 및 샤르피 충격시험: -51℃에서 60 ~ 200J 을 만족하는,
서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 서브머지드 아크 용접 금속부를 포함하는,
용접 강관. - 삭제
