Claims (11)
- 불소 고무층(A)과, 불소 고무층(A) 상에 적층된 불소 수지층(B)을 구비하는 적층체이며,
불소 고무층(A)은, 불소 고무 조성물로 형성되는 층이고,
상기 불소 고무 조성물은, 불소 고무와, 염기성 다관능 화합물과, 불소 수지(a1) 및 인 화합물(a2)로 이루어지는 화합물(a)을 포함하고,
인 화합물(a2)는 포스핀류이고,
화합물(a)의 함유량이 상기 불소 고무 100질량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 120질량부이며,
불소 수지층(B)은, 연료 투과 계수가 2.0g·㎜/㎡/day 이하인 불소 수지(b1)로 구성되는
것을 특징으로 하는 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서, 불소 수지(a1)는, 비용융 가공성 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 에틸렌/클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리불화비닐 및 플루오로 모노머/비닐에스테르 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 적층체.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인 화합물(a2)은, 일반식: PR3(식 중, 세 R은, 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 할로겐 원자 또는 유기기를 나타냄)으로 표시되는 포스핀 화합물인 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소 고무 조성물은, 추가로, 퍼옥시드 가황계 가황제를 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 수지(b1)는, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌계 공중합체 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로필렌/불화비닐리덴 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 수지층(B)의 양측에 불소 고무층(A)이 적층되어 있는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 고무층(A)의 양측에 불소 수지층(B)이 적층되어 있는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로, 비불소 고무층(C1a)을 포함하고,
불소 고무층(A)-불소 수지층(B)-비불소 고무층(C1a)의 순으로 적층되어 있는 적층체. - 제9항에 있어서, 추가로, 비불소 고무층(D1a)을 포함하고,
비불소 고무층(D1a)-불소 고무층(A)-불소 수지층(B)-비불소 고무층(C1a)의 순, 불소 고무층(A)-불소 수지층(B)-비불소 고무층(D1a)-비불소 고무층(C1a)의 순, 또는, 불소 고무층(A)-불소 수지층(B)-비불소 고무층(C1a)-비불소 고무층(D1a)의 순으로 적층되어 있는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 고무층(A)과 불소 수지층(B)이 가황 접착되어 있는 적층체.
