폐수지 50~150중량부에 디이소시아네이트, 쇄연장제를 One Shot반응시켜 폴리우레탄 올리고머(PU Oligomer)로서 수평균분자량 500~1500g/mole의 1차합성물을 얻는 단계 및;
1차합성물의 폴리우레탄 올리고머 50~150중량부와 바이오메스 기반의 수평균분자량 500~2000g/mole인 폴리올 60~120중량부를 유기용매를 사용하여 2차합성에 의해 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지를 얻는 단계를; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 섬유 제조 시 발생되는 폐수지를 재생하여 합성한 내한 굴곡 특성이 우수한 친환경 재생 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

폐수지 50~150중량부에 디이소시아네이트, 쇄연장제를 One Shot반응시켜 폴리우레탄 올리고머(PU Oligomer)로서 수평균분자량 500~1500g/mole의 1차합성물을 얻는 단계 및;
1차합성물의 폴리우레탄 올리고머 50~150중량부와 바이오메스 기반의 수평균분자량 500~2000g/mole인 폴리올 60~120중량부를 유기용매를 사용하여 2차합성에 의해 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지를 얻는 단계를; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 섬유 제조 시 발생되는 폐수지를 재생하여 합성한 내한 굴곡 특성이 우수한 친환경 재생 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

- 폴리우레탄 섬유 폐수지를 유기용매를 사용하여 고형분 30~80중량%로 희석한 희석 폐수지 용액을 형성하는 단계와;
폐수지 50~150중량부에 디이소시아네이트, 쇄연장제를 One Shot반응시켜 폴리우레탄 올리고머(PU Oligomer)로서 수평균분자량 500~1500g/mole의 1차합성물을 얻는 단계 및;
1차합성물의 폴리우레탄 올리고머 50~150중량부와 바이오메스 기반의 수평균분자량 500~2000g/mole인 폴리올 60~120중량부를 유기용매를 사용하여 2차합성에 의해 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지를 얻는 단계를; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 섬유 제조 시 발생되는 폐수지를 재생하여 합성한 내한 굴곡 특성이 우수한 친환경 재생 바이오 폴리우레탄 수지의 제조방법. - 삭제
