Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 광학 부재의 광 파장과 상대 반사율의 관계를 도시하는 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 광학 부재의 다른 실시예를 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 4는 실시예 1의 광학 부재의 주사형 투과 전자 현미경 사진이다.
도 5a는 실시예 1의 반사 방지막 단면의 전자 현미경 사진이고, 도 5b는 도 5a를 2치화한 도면이고, 도 5c는 도 5b를 기재에 평행하게 분할한 영역 각각에 관한 공극 개수와 공극율의 산출 결과를 도시한다.
도 6a는 비교예 9의 반사 방지막 단면의 전자 현미경 사진이고, 도 6b는 도 6a를 2치화한 도면이고, 도 6c는 도 6b를 기재에 평행하게 분할한 영역 각각에 관한 공극 개수와 공극율의 산출 결과를 도시한다.
도 7a 및 도 7b는 실시예 1과 비교예 9 각각의 반사 방지막의 막 두께 방향의 위치와 공극율 또는 공극 개수의 관계를 도시하는 그래프이다.
도 8a 및 도 8b는 실시예 1과 비교예 9에 각각 상당하는 각 광학 부재의 광 파장과 상대 반사율과의 관계를 도시하는 그래프이다.
Claims (20)
- 광학 부재이며,
기재; 및
기재 상에 배치된, 서로 결합되는 복수의 쇄상 입자를 포함하는 막을 포함하고,
상기 막은, 에테르 결합 또는 에스테르 결합을 갖고 탄소수가 4 내지 7인 분기 구조를 갖는 알코올을 1.0mg/cm3 이상 2.8mg/cm3 이하의 범위로 포함하는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알코올은 1-프로폭시-2-프로판올, 1-에톡시-2-프로판올, 2-이소프로폭시에탄올, 및 3-메톡시-1-부탄올의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 쇄상 입자는 이산화규소를 포함하는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 쇄상 입자는 10nm 이상 50nm 이하인 단축과 60nm 이상 200nm 이하인 장축을 갖는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막은 상기 쇄상 입자 사이에 공극을 포함하는, 광학 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 쇄상 입자는 상기 입자들의 접촉점에서 바인더에 의해 서로 결합되는, 광학 부재. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 실록산 결합을 포함하는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막은 80nm 이상 200nm 이하의 두께를 갖는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막의 막 두께의 절반보다 기재측에 공극율의 최대 피크가 존재하고, 상기 공극율은 상기 최대 피크로부터 상기 기재와는 반대측을 향하여 감소하고, 또한, 상기 막을 소정의 간격으로 기재와 평행한 복수의 영역으로 분할한 경우에, 상기 공극율의 최대 피크와 공극 개수의 최대 피크가 동일한 영역에 존재하는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재와 상기 막 사이에서 상이한 굴절률을 갖는 적층된 재료층으로 구성된 적층체를 추가로 포함하는, 광학 부재. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적층체는 산화지르코늄, 산화티타늄, 산화탄탈륨, 산화니오븀, 산화하프늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 재료와, 알루미나, 산화규소, 불화마그네슘으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 재료의 조합을 포함하는, 광학 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재 상의 상기 막은, 550nm의 파장에서 1.20 이상 1.27 이하의 굴절률을 갖는, 광학 부재. - 제1항에 따른 광학 부재를 포함하는 촬영 광학계를 갖는, 촬상 장치.
- 막을 형성하기 위한 액이며,
쇄상 입자;
알코올; 및
실란 알콕시 가수분해물을 포함하고,
상기 알코올은, 에테르 결합 또는 에스테르 결합을 갖고 탄소수가 4 내지 7인 분기 구조를 갖는, 막을 형성하기 위한 액. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 알코올은 1-프로폭시-2-프로판올, 1-에톡시-2-프로판올, 2-이소프로폭시에탄올, 및 3-메톡시-1-부탄올의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인, 막을 형성하기 위한 액. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 쇄상 입자는 이산화규소를 포함하는, 막을 형성하기 위한 액. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 쇄상 입자는 10 nm 이상 50 nm 이하인 단축과 60 nm 이상 200 nm 이하인 장축을 갖는, 막을 형성하기 위한 액.
