Claims (7)
- 동력 전달계가 모두 인 기어 상태(in-gear state)인 제 1 시프트 위치와 제 2 시프트 위치의 상호 전환 조작이 가능한 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서,
선택된 시프트 위치를 검출하는 시프트 위치 검출부와,
상기 제 1 시프트 위치와 상기 제 2 시프트 위치 사이에서의 시프트 전환 조작이 수행될 때, 엔진의 출력 토크를 증대시키는 토크 리저브 제어를 실행시키는 토크 리저브(torque reserve) 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 또한 동력 전달계가 아웃 기어 상태인 시프트 위치에서 상기 제 1 시프트 위치 또는 상기 제 2 시프트 위치로의 시프트 전환 조작이 수행될 때 상기 토크 리저브 제어를 실행시키고,
상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 미리 설정된 상기 제 1 시프트 위치와 상기 제 2 시프트 위치 사이에서의 시프트 전환 조작용 제어 시간 또는 상기 아웃 기어 상태인 시프트 위치에서 상기 제 1 시프트 위치 또는 상기 제 2 시프트 위치로의 시프트 전환 조작용 제어 시간 중 어느 것을 선택하여 상기 토크 리저브 제어를 실행시키는 차량의 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 상기 제 1 시프트 위치와 상기 제 2 시프트 위치 사이에서의 시프트 전환 조작이 수행될 때 상기 토크 리저브 제어를 개시시키고, 상기 동력 전달계가 실제로 아웃 기어 상태에서 인 기어 상태로 전환할 때까지 상기 토크 리저브 제어를 계속시키는 차량의 제어 장치.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 상기 제 1 시프트 위치와 상기 제 2 시프트 위치 사이에서의 시프트 전환 조작용 제어 시간 및 상기 아웃 기어 상태인 시프트 위치에서 상기 제 1 시프트 위치 또는 상기 제 2 시프트 위치로의 시프트 전환 조작용 제어 시간을 자동 변속기의 작동유의 유온(oil temperature)에 기초하여 설정하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 자동 변속기의 유온에 기초하여 리저브 토크의 값을 설정하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 리저브 제어부는 상기 엔진의 흡기량 및 점화각을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 출력 토크를 증대시키는 차량의 제어 장치.
