도 4는 실시형태에 의한 파킹 브레이크 제어 장치의 제어 처리를 도시한 흐름도이다.
도 5는 변형예에 의한 파킹 브레이크 제어 장치의 제어 처리를 도시한 흐름도이다.
Claims (10)
- 전동 브레이크 장치로서, 상기 전동 브레이크 장치는,
전동기의 회전력을 감속기와 회전 직동(直動) 변환 기구를 통해 추력으로 변환하여, 피스톤을 추진함으로써 제동 부재를 피제동 부재에 압박하여 차량의 제동 상태를 유지하는, 전동 기구와,
상기 차량의 주행 상태를 취득하고, 상기 전동기의 구동을 제어하는, 제어 장치를 구비하는 것인, 전동 브레이크 장치에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 전동기를 제동 상태의 유지를 해제하도록 구동한 후에, 상기 차량의 주행 상태로부터 상기 전동 기구의 이상을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 차량의 발진 조건이 성립하여, 상기 전동기를 제동 상태의 유지를 해제하도록 구동한 후에, 상기 차량의 주행 상태로부터 상기 전동 기구의 이상을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 전동 기구가 이상이라고 판단된 경우에, 제동 상태를 유지하는 방향으로 상기 전동기를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 발진 조건을, 액셀 개방도, 스로틀 개방도, 엔진 토크 지령값, 연료 분사량, 시프트 포지션, 파킹 브레이크 스위치 정보, 및 신호기 정보 중 적어도 하나의 변화로부터 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 주행 상태로서, 상기 차량의 움직이기 시작함을 검출했을 때에, 상기 전동 기구가 정상이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 차량의 움직이기 시작함을, 가속도, 차속, 및 차륜속 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 기초하여 검출하고,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 적어도 하나의 변화가 미리 정해진 범위 내일 때에, 상기 전동 기구에 이상이 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치. - 차량의 피제동 부재에 제동 부재를 압박하여 제동 상태를 유지하는 전동 기구의 전동기를 제어하는, 전동 브레이크 제어 장치로서,
상기 전동 브레이크 제어 장치는, 상기 전동기를 제동 상태의 유지를 해제하도록 구동했을 때로부터 미리 정해진 시간 경과 후에 취득하는 상기 차량의 주행 상태에 의해, 상기 전동 기구의 이상을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 제어 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전동 기구가 이상이라고 판단된 경우에, 상기 전동 브레이크 제어 장치는, 제동 상태를 유지하는 방향으로 상기 전동기를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 제어 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전동 브레이크 제어 장치는, 상기 주행 상태로서, 상기 차량의 움직이기 시작함을 검출했을 때에, 상기 전동 기구가 정상이라고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 제어 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전동 브레이크 제어 장치는, 상기 차량의 움직이기 시작함을, 가속도, 차속, 및 차륜속 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 기초하여 검출하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 변화가 미리 정해진 범위 내일 때에, 상기 전동 기구에 이상이 있다고 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 제어 장치.
