Claims (18)
- (A) 기판; 및
(B) 상기 기판의 하나 이상의 표면의 적어도 일부에 도포된 반사-방지 코팅 층
을 포함하는 반사-방지 특성을 나타내는 코팅된 물품으로서,
반사-방지 코팅 층은
(a) 테트라알콕시실란;
(b) 알킬 트라이알콕시실란;
(c) 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트와 메트아크릴옥시프로필트라이메톡시 실란의 반응 생성물인 실란 작용성 아크릴 중합체;
(d) 무기 옥사이드 입자;
(e) 무기산;
(f) 물; 및
(g) 용매
를 포함하는 산성 졸-겔 조성물로부터 형성되고,
실란 작용성 아크릴 중합체는 산성 졸-겔 조성물 중에 상기 산성 졸-겔 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 7.50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인, 반사-방지 특성을 나타내는 코팅된 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
산성 졸-겔 조성물이 상기 산성 졸-겔 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 15 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 MgF2를 추가로 포함하는, 코팅된 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
반사-방지 코팅 층의 적어도 일부에 도포된 오염-방지 코팅 층을 추가로 포함하는 코팅된 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
기판(A)이 유리, 폴리메틸메트아크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레아-우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 알릴 다이글리콜 카보네이트를 포함하는, 코팅된 물품. - 제4항에 있어서,
기판이 2개의 대면하는 표면을 갖는, 코팅된 물품. - 제5항에 있어서,
반사-방지 코팅 층(B)이 기판의 대면하는 표면 둘 다의 적어도 일부에 도포되어 2개의 코팅된 면을 형성하는, 코팅된 물품. - 제6항에 있어서,
코팅된 면 둘 다의 적어도 일부의 최상부에 도포된 오염-방지 코팅 층을 추가로 포함하는 코팅된 물품. - 제6항에 있어서,
기판이 폴리메틸메트아크릴레이트를 포함하고, 용매(g)가 산성 졸-겔 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 60 중량% 초과의 양으로 존재하는 n-프로판올을 포함하는, 코팅된 물품. - 제5항에 있어서,
기판이 유리를 포함하고, 반사-방지 코팅 층이 기판의 하나의 표면에 도포되고, 380 내지 780 nm의 파장에서 2.80% 미만의 단일면 적분 순-정반사율(single-side integrated specular-only reflectance)을 나타내는 코팅된 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
광학 물품인 코팅된 물품. - 제1항에 있어서,
반사-방지 코팅 층이 200 nm 미만의 건조 막 두께를 갖는, 코팅된 물품. - (1) 제1항의 반사-방지 코팅 층(B)을 기판의 표면의 적어도 일부에 도포하여 코팅된 기판을 형성하는 단계; 및
(2) 상기 코팅된 기판을 80℃ 이상의 온도에서 30분 이상 동안 가열하여 반사-방지 코팅 층을 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는 반사-방지 표면을 갖는 코팅된 물품을 제조하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
반사-방지 코팅 층을 스핀-코팅, 침지-코팅, 분사-코팅, 슬롯-다이-코팅, 커튼-코팅 또는 유동-코팅에 의해 도포하는, 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
기판이 유리, 폴리메틸메트아크릴레이트 또는 폴리카보네이트를 포함하고, 반사-방지 코팅 층이 스핀-코팅 또는 분사-코팅으로 도포되고 80 내지 120 nm의 건조 막 두께를 갖는, 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
코팅된 물품이 디스플레이 스크린, 터치 스크린, 태양 전지 및 글레이징(glazing)으로부터 선택되는 광학 물품을 포함하는, 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
기판이 폴리카보네이트 또는 알릴 다이글리콜 카보네이트를 포함하고, 반사-방지 코팅 층이 침지-코팅에 의해 도포되고 80 내지 120 nm의 건조 막 두께를 갖는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
코팅된 물품이 광학 렌즈를 포함하는, 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
단계 (2) 이전 또는 이후에 오염-방지 코팅 층을 반사-방지 코팅 층의 적어도 일부에 도포하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
