Abstract
상기 초친수성 반사 코팅 조성물을 이용한 초친수성 반사방지 필름은 반사방지 효과 및 자정 기능이 우수하여 실외용 등 다양한 디스플레이 기기에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Claims (14)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 화합물이 중합되어 형성되는 바인더; 중공 실리카 입자, 산촉매 및 PH 조절제를 포함하고, 상기 중공 실리카 입자 100중량부에 대하여 상기 바인더 10 ~ 120 중량부 및 산촉매 0.1~20중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.

R1 xSi(OR2)4-x
상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 탄소수 1 ~ 10의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ~ 10 의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 3 ~ 10의 알케닐기이고, R2 는 탄소수 1 ~ 6의 알킬기이며, x는 0≤x<4의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 화합물은 테트라메톡시실란, 테트라에톡시실란, 테트라프로폭시실란, 테트라이소프로폭시실란, 테트라-n-부톡시실란, 테트라-sec-부톡시실란, 테트라-tert-부톡시실란, 트리메톡시실란, 트리에톡시실란, 메틸트리메톡시실란, 메틸트리에톡시실란, 에틸트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리에톡시실란, 프로필트리메톡시실란, 프로필트리에톡시실란, 이소부틸트리에톡시실란, 시클로헥실트리메톡시실란, 페닐트리메톡시실란, 페닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 알릴트리메톡시실란 알릴트리에톡시실란, 디메틸디메톡시실란, 디메틸디에톡시실란, 디페닐디메톡시실란 및 디페닐디에톡시실란 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중공 실리카 입자는 수평균 직경이 1 ~ 1,000 nm 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 코팅 조성물이 기재 표면에 코팅되어 형성된 굴절율이 1.24~1.26 범위에 있는 저굴절률층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 반사방지 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
물방울 접촉각이 0˚ 초과 10˚ 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 저굴절률층의 두께는 1 ~ 1,000 nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
투과율이 94% 이상이고, 시감 반사율이 0.5 ~ 2.0% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름.
- 제 5 항의 반사방지 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외용 디스플레이.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 화합물을 중합하여 바인더를 제조하는 단계;
중공 실리카 입자에 상기 바인더, 산촉매 및 PH 조절제를 가하여 표면 처리된 중공 실리카 입자를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 코팅 조성물을 기재 필름의 적어도 일 면에 도포하는 단계; 및
도포된 상기 코팅 조성물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 중공 실리카 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 바인더 10 ~ 120 중량부 및 산촉매 0.1 ~ 20 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.

상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 탄소수 1 ~ 10의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ~ 10 의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 3 ~ 10의 알케닐기이고, R2 는 탄소수 1 ~ 6의 알킬기이며, x는 0≤x<4의 정수를 나타낸다.

- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물은 중공 실리카 입자에 상기 바인더 및 촉매를 가하고, 20 ~ 40 ℃에서 5 ~ 50 시간 동안 교반하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 열처리는 50 ~ 200 ℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 필름의 제조방법.
