Claims (17)
- 아닐린, 2,4-디아미노톨루엔, 2,6-디아미노톨루엔, 2,3-디아미노톨루엔, 2,5-디아미노톨루엔, 3,4-디아미노톨루엔, 3,5-디아미노톨루엔, o-페닐렌디아민, m-페닐렌디아민, p-페닐렌디아민, m-크실렌디아민 (MXDA), 비스(4-아미노-3-메틸페닐)메탄, 비스(4-아미노-3,5-디메틸페닐)메탄 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방향족 화합물을 30 내지 300 m2/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 산화지르코늄 지지 재료 상에 루테늄을 포함하는 촉매의 존재 하에 수소를 사용하여 수소화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물이, 2,4-디아미노톨루엔이 70 내지 90% 비율로 존재하고, 2,6-디아미노톨루엔이 10 내지 30% 비율로 존재하는 2,4-디아미노톨루엔과 2,6-디아미노톨루엔의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속식으로 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 50 내지 220℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100 내지 300 bar의 수소 압력에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 총 촉매를 기준으로 0.05 내지 20 중량% 양의 루테늄을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄 지지 재료가 단사정, 정방정, 입방정 또는 무정형 상 또는 이들 변태의 혼합된 상으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄 지지 재료가 단사정, 정방정 또는 이들 변태의 혼합된 상으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화지르코늄 지지 재료가 0.1 내지 1 cm3/g의 세공 부피, 및 500 내지 2000 kg/m3의 탭핑 밀도(tapped density)를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 30 내지 300 m2/g의 BET 표면적, 0.1 내지 1 cm3/g의 세공 부피, 및 500 내지 2000 kg/m3의 탭핑 밀도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고정층으로 사용되는 촉매의 산화지르코늄 지지 재료가, 존재하는 세공들의 50% 초과가 2 nm 내지 50 nm의 직경을 갖는 메조세공들이고, 100%에 대한 나머지는 > 50 nm의 직경을 갖는 마크로세공들인 세공 크기 분포를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고정층으로 사용되는 촉매가, 존재하는 세공들의 50% 초과가 2 nm 내지 50 nm의 직경을 갖는 메조세공들이고, 100%에 대한 나머지는 > 50 nm의 직경을 갖는 마크로세공들인 세공 크기 분포를 갖는 것인 방법.
