Claims (6)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 나노화기술과 단백질 결착제를 활용한 반려동물 건식사료 제조방법:
(S1) 생고기가 90% 이상 함유된 원료에 1~10 중량%의 단백질 결착제를 혼합하되, 상기 단백질 결착제는 분리대두단백분 30중량%, 난단백분 20 중량%, 알긴산염 20중량%, 인산칼슘 5중량%, 혼합인산염 5중량%, 감자전분 10중량%, 구아검 5중량%, 트랜스글루타미나제 5중량%의 비율로 구성된 단백질결착제를 혼합하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 (S1)단계에서 혼합된 원료를 30~60 중량%의 생수와 함께 투입하여 광폭 로터-로터방식 임펠러구조를 갖춘 나노화 유화분쇄기를 통과시켜 원료 입자가 10-2 ~ 10-3 ㎛ 크기로 나노화시키는 단계;
(S3) 상기 (S2)단계에서 나노화된 혼합물을 100℃의 열수가 통과되는 2중자켓이 설치된 익스트루더를 통과시켜 호화시키면서 압출성형하는 단계;
(S4) 상기 (S3)단계에서 압출성형된 혼합물을 외부가 5~10 ℃로 유지되는냉각부를 통과시켜 절단하는 단계;
(S5) 상기 (S4)단계에서 절단된 혼합물을 수분함량 5~15%로 건조하는 단계;
