상기 니켈 분말의 표면에 존재하는 유황 중, 황산 이온으로서 존재하는 유황과 황화물 이온으로서 존재하는 유황의 몰비가 0.06 이상 0.09 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
상기 니켈 분말의 개수 50% 직경의 3배 이상의 입경을 가지는 조대 입자의 존재율이 개수 기준으로 100ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
