Description
도 2는, 본원의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상이한 올리고펩타이드에 따라 줄기세포를 21 일 간의 3 차원 배양한 후, 세포 펠렛을 7 μm 두께로 절단한 뒤 절단면에서의 알시안 블루 (alcian blue) 및 사프라닌 O 염색처리 후의 사진이다(스케일 바 = 0.5 mm).

- 2 개 내지 10 개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 올리고펩타이드를 포함하는,
줄기세포의 연골세포로의 분화 유도용 조성물로서,
상기 올리고펩타이드는 티로신-티로신-글루탐산의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 것인, 줄기세포의 연골세포로의 분화 유도용 조성물.

상기 올리고펩타이드의 농도는 10 nM 내지 100 μM 범위인 것인,
줄기세포의 연골세포로의 분화 유도용 조성물.
- 분리된 줄기세포에 2 개 내지 10 개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 올리고펩타이드를 처리하여 연골세포로의 분화를 유도하는 것을 포함하는,
줄기세포의 연골세포로의 분화 유도 방법으로서,
상기 올리고펩타이드는 티로신-티로신-글루탐산의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 것인, 줄기세포의 연골세포로의 분화 유도 방법.
