Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 도 2e는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 소자 기판 제조 방법을 순차적으로 도시한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 소자 기판 제조 방법으로 제조한 공정 기판에 있어서, 온도에 따른 공정 기판의 무게를 도시한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예들에 있어서 무기접착층을 캐리어 기판의 전면에 형성한 것을 도시한 단면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 표시 장치의 단면도이다.
도 6a 내지 도 6f는 도 11에 도시된 표시 장치의 제조 방법을 순차적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (18)
- 캐리어 기판 상에 탈착층(debonding layer)를 형성하는 단계;
상기 탈착층의 적어도 일부 상에 무기 접착층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 캐리어 기판 상에 공정 기판을 형성하는 단계;
상기 공정 기판 상에 소자를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 무기 접착층이 부착된 공정 기판을 상기 탈착층이 부착된 캐리어 기판으로부터 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈착층은 상기 공정 기판보다 큰 소수성을 가지는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 탈착층은 실란계 화합물을 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 실란계 화합물은 폴리디메틸실록산을 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탈착층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 캐리어 기판 상에 자기 조립 단층막으로 이루어진 실란계 화합물층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 캐리어 기판을 세정하는 단계를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기 접착층은 상기 탈착층보다 큰 친수성을 가지는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 무기 접착층은 금속 산화물을 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속 산화물은 Al2O3 및 AlZnO 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 무기 접착층은 금속 산화물을 증착하여 형성하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 무기 접착층은 상기 탈착층 상에 서로 이격된 섬 형상으로 형성되어 평면 상에서 볼 때 상기 탈착층의 일부와 중첩하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 무기 접착층은 상기 탈착층의 전면(全面)에 형성되는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공정 기판을 형성하는 단계는
상기 탈착층과 상기 공정 기판이 형성된 상기 캐리어 기판 상에 경화성 고분자층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 경화성 고분자층을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 공정 기판은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리에테르설폰(PES), 폴리탄산에스테르(PC), 폴리술폰(polysulfone), 페놀수지(phenolic resin), 에폭시수지(epoxy resin), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리에테르에스터(polyetherester), 폴리에테르마이드(polyetheramide), 아세트산 셀룰로이드(cellulose acetate), 지방성 폴리우레탄(aliphatic polyurethanes), 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(polytetrafluoroethlenes), 폴리비닐덴 불화물(polyvinylidene fluorides), 폴리(메틸(X-메타크릴레이트;methyl(x-methacrylates))), 알리파틱 또는 사이클릭 폴리올레핀(aliphatic or cyclic polyolefin), 폴리아릴레이트(polyarylate), 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide), 폴리이미드(polyimide), 테플론과 같은 불소계 중합체(fluoropolymer), 폴리(에테르 에테르 케톤)(poly(ehterether ketone)), 폴리(에테르케톤)(poly(ether ketone)), 폴리(에틸렌 테트라플루오르에틸렌)불소중합체(poly (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) fluoropolymer), 폴리(메타크릴산 메틸(methyl methacrylate)), 및 아릴레이트/메타크릴레이트 공중합체(acrylate/methacrylatecopolymers) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 공정 기판은 폴리이미드를 포함하는 소자 기판 제조 방법. - 서로 반대되는 제1 면과 제2 면을 갖는 제1 기판;
상기 제1 면에 제공된 화소; 및
상기 제2 면에 제공되며 친수성을 갖는 제1 무기 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 제2 면에 복수의 개구부들이 정의되고, 상기 제1 무기 접착층은 상기 복수의 개구부들에 각각 배치되는 복수의 제1 무기 패턴들을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제3 면과 상기 제3 면에 반대되는 제4 면을 갖는 제2 기판; 및
상기 제4 면에 제공되며 친수성을 갖는 제2 무기 접착층을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 무기 접착층은 금속 산화물을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 금속 산화물은 Al2O3 및 AlZnO 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 표시 장치.
