Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 알루미나 지지체 상에 방해 층을 갖는 다공성 알루미나 지지체를 포함한 촉매 담체를 포함하며, 방해 층은 황산바륨, 황산스트론튬, 황산지르코늄 및 황산칼슘 중 1종 이상을 포함하고, 촉매 담체는 희토류 산화물, 및 희토류 산화물 옆에 또는 위에 고정된 산화팔라듐을 추가로 포함하고, 여기서 방해 층은 희토류 산화물이 알루미나 지지체와 착물을 형성하는 것을 방지하는데 효과적인 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물이 원자가 상태를 변화시켜 산화팔라듐을 안정화시키고 산화팔라듐에서 팔라듐 금속으로의 분해를 느리게하는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물이 Ce, Pr, La 및 그의 혼합물의 산화물로부터 선택되는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물이 산화세륨을 포함하는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 산화물이 페로브스카이트 상으로 니켈, 철, 망간, 구리 및 알루미늄 중 1종 이상과 착물화된 란타늄의 산화물을 포함하는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부가적 산소 저장 촉매를 미립자 형태로 추가로 포함하는 촉매 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부가적 산소 저장 성분이 세리아를 포함하는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산소 저장 성분이 지르코늄, 이트륨, 란타늄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 유로퓸, 사마륨, 이테르븀, 및 그의 혼합물 및 산화물 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산화세륨이 네오디뮴, 프라세오디뮴 및 지르코늄의 혼합물과 착물화되는 것인 촉매 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방해 층이 황산바륨인 촉매 물질.
