Abstract
연결 핀(3)을 삽입하기 위한 핀 구멍(22)을 갖는 강제의 사일런트 체인용 링크 플레이트(2)를 구성한다. 핀 구멍(22)의 내주면에는, 열처리(예를 들면 마템퍼 처리)를 실시함으로써 얻어진 경화층이 형성됨과 함께, 경화층의 표층부에는, 당해 경화층의 표면 경도와 동일하거나 또는 그보다 경도가 높은 다수의 경질 입자(hp)가 마텐자이트의 조직 내에 결정 상태로 점재되어 있다. 경질 입자(hp)는, 링크 플레이트재의 강 중에 원래 존재하고 있던 Cr, V, Ti, Nb 중 어느 하나의 원소의 산화물, 탄화물 또는 질화물이다.

Claims (8)
- 강제의 슬라이딩 부재로서,
상기 슬라이딩 부재의 외측으로부터 표면 안으로 원소를 도입함 없이 열처리를 실시함으로써 얻어진 경화층이 상기 슬라이딩 부재의 표면에 형성되고, 상기 경화층의 표면 경도와 동일하거나 또는 그보다 경도가 높은 다수의 경질 입자들이 상기 경화층의 표층부에 결정 상태로 점재되며,
상기 경질 입자들은 상기 열처리 전에 상기 슬라이딩 부재에 원래 포함되어 있던 Cr, V, Ti 또는 Nb로부터의 어느 하나의 원소의 산화물, 탄화물, 또는 질화물 중 적어도 하나이고,
상기 경화층의 두께는 20~30㎛인, 슬라이딩 부재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경화층은 마템퍼 처리(martempering)에 의해 형성되고,
상기 경질 입자들은 수 미크론 내지 수십 미크론의 결정 입도를 가지며, 마텐자이트(martensite)의 조직 내에 결정 상태로 점재되는, 슬라이딩 부재. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 경질 입자들의 경도는 Hv 550~2500이고, 상기 슬라이딩 부재의 상기 경화층의 표면 경도는 Hv 500~600인, 슬라이딩 부재. - 복수의 연결 핀들을 삽입하기 위한 복수의 핀 구멍들을 갖는 강제의 체인용 링크로서,
상기 복수의 핀 구멍들 각각의 내주면은 상기 핀 구멍의 외측으로부터 내주면 안으로 원소를 도입함 없이 열처리를 실시함으로써 형성되는 경화층을 포함하고, 상기 경화층에서 상기 경화층의 경도와 동일하거나 또는 그보다 경도가 높은 다수의 경질 입자들이 상기 경화층의 표면 상에 결정 상태로 점재되며,
상기 경질 입자들은 상기 열처리 전에 상기 체인용 링크에 원래 포함되어 있던 Cr, V, Ti 또는 Nb로부터의 어느 하나의 원소의 산화물, 탄화물, 또는 질화물 중 적어도 하나인, 체인용 링크. - 경화된 강제의 슬라이딩 부재를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
강제의 슬라이딩 부재를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 강제의 슬라이딩 부재의 외측으로부터 표면 안으로 원소를 도입함 없이 상기 강제의 슬라이딩 부재에 열처리를 실시하는 단계;를 포함하여,
상기 강제의 슬라이딩 부재의 표면 상에 경화층이 형성되고, 상기 경화층에서 다수의 경질 입자들이 상기 경화층의 표면 상에 결정 상태로 점재되며, 상기 경질 입자들은 상기 경화층의 경도와 동일하거나 또는 그보다 높은 경도를 가지고,
상기 경질 입자들은 상기 열처리 전에 상기 슬라이딩 부재에 원래 포함되어 있던 Cr, V, Ti 또는 Nb로부터의 어느 하나의 원소의 산화물, 탄화물, 또는 질화물 중 적어도 하나인, 슬라이딩 부재 제조 방법. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 경화층은 마템퍼 처리(martempering)에 의해 형성되고,
