Abstract
Description
활성 수소-함유 수지를 포함하는 베이스 코트(base coat) 페인트를, 가교에 의한 그의 경화 없이 코팅하고, 후속적으로 경화제 및 활성 수소-함유 수지를 포함하는 클리어 코트(clear coat) 페인트를 베이스 코트 상에 코팅한 후, 베이스 코트 및 클리어 코트를 가교에 의해 동시에 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 2-코트 1-베이크(two-coat one-bake) 시스템인 폴리우레탄 페인트를 위한 코팅 방법이며, 여기서
클리어 코트 페인트가 NCO/H (활성 수소)에 있어서 0.9 내지 2.0의 몰비를 갖는 2-팩 폴리우레탄 페인트이고,
경화제가 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(HDI)로부터 유도된 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것이며, 하기 조건:
1) 폴리이소시아네이트에 포함되는 디이소시아네이트 단량체의 양은 1 중량% 이하이고,
2) 어떠한 유기 용매로도 희석되지 않았을 때 경화제의 점도가 1000 mPa·s/23℃ 이하이고,
3) 경화제 중 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 삼량체의 함량이 60 중량% 이상이고, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 삼량체는 HDI의 이소시아누레이트 구조, HDI의 이미노옥사디아진디온 구조, 또는 그의 두 구조를 포함하고,
4) 경화제 중 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 이량체의 함량이 10 중량% 미만인 것

Claims (5)
- 활성 수소-함유 수지를 포함하는 베이스 코트(base coat) 페인트를, 가교에 의한 그의 경화 없이 코팅하고, 후속적으로 경화제 및 활성 수소-함유 수지를 포함하는 클리어 코트(clear coat) 페인트를 베이스 코트 상에 코팅한 후, 베이스 코트 및 클리어 코트를 가교에 의해 동시에 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 2-코트 1-베이크(two-coat one-bake) 시스템인 폴리우레탄 페인트를 위한 코팅 방법이며, 여기서
클리어 코트 페인트가 NCO/H (활성 수소)에 있어서 0.9 내지 2.0의 몰비를 갖는 2-팩 폴리우레탄 페인트이고,

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베이스 페인트가 활성 수소-함유 수지 및 블로킹된 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에서 사용되는, 폴리우레탄 페인트를 위한 경화제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되는, 베이스 코트 층 및 클리어 코트 층으로 이루어진 다층 코팅된 필름.
