Abstract
본 발명에 따른 방오도료 조성물은 가수분해에 의한 자기마모가 가능하고 우수한 내마모성을 가지며 동시에 도막의 균열 및 박리가 발생하지 않는 등 내크랙성이 우수하다. 또한 친수성을 가진 도막표면에 의하여 낮은 마찰 저항을 가지며, 특히 정체된 환경이나 높은 오염 환경 하에서 우수한 방오 성능을 발휘하는 방오도막을 형성할 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더 전체 중량 기준으로,
(a) 금속함유 가수분해성 공중합체 60~80 중량%;
(b) 폴리 에테르 변성 실리콘 오일 10~30 중량%; 및
(c) 흄드 실리카 10~30 중량% 를 포함하며,
상기 (a) 금속함유 가수분해성 공중합체는, 공중합체 전체 중량 기준으로,
(a1) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 메탈 에스테르 10 ~ 60 중량%;
(a2) 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 실릴 (메트)아크릴레이트 1 ~ 50중량%;
(a3) 상기 (a1), (a2)와 상이한 아크릴계 또는 비닐계 성분 5 ~ 70 중량%를 포함하고,
상기 (b) 폴리 에테르 변성 실리콘 오일은 HLB 값이 2 ~ 12이며,
상기 (c) 흄드 실리카는 pH 5.5 이하의 소수성인 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더.

상기 화학식 1에서 R1은 H 또는 CH3, R2는 금속을 함유하여 해수 중에서 가수분해되는 관능기로서 하기 화학식 2로 표시되고, x는 1 이상의 임의의 정수이고,
[화학식 2]
상기 화학식 2에서 M은 산화수 2 이상의 금속이며, K는 탄소수 1개 이상의 유기 치환기로 질소, 산소, 황 또는 M을 포함한 다른 금속을 함유할 수 있으며,
[화학식 3]
상기 화학식 3에서 R1은 H 또는 CH3, R3는 규소를 함유하여 해수 중에서 가수분해되는 관능기로서 하기 화학식 4와 같이 표시되고, y는 1 이상의 임의의 정수이다.
[화학식 4]
상기 화학식 4에서, L1, L2, L3는 탄소수 1개 이상의 유기 치환기이며 서로 동일하거나 다를 수 있다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (a), (b), (c) 를, 120~150℃에서 6시간 이상 플레네터리 믹서로 교반하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 성분(a1) 메탈 에스테르는, 유기산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
방오도료용 공중합체 바인더.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 유기산은,
아비에트산 또는 그 유도체; 및 하프 에스테르로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 유기산은 유기산 전체 중량 100중량%기준으로,
아비에트산 또는 그 유도체 50~85 중량 %; 및
하프 에스테르 15 ~ 50 중량 %로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더.

- (a) 금속함유 가수분해성 공중합체 60~80 중량%;
(b) 폴리 에테르 변성 실리콘 오일 10~30 중량%;
(c) 흄드 실리카 10~30 중량%;를
120~150℃에서 6시간 이상 플레네터리 믹서로 교반하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (b) 폴리 에테르 변성 실리콘 오일은 HLB 값이 2 ~ 12이며,
상기 흄드 실리카는 pH 5.5 이하의 소수성인 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 (a) 금속함유 가수분해성 공중합체는,
공중합체 전체 중량 기준으로,
(a1) 메탈 에스테르 10 ~ 60 중량%,
(a2) 실릴 (메트)아크릴레이트 1 ~ 50중량% (a2); 및
(a3) 상기 (a1), (a2)와 상이한 아크릴계 또는 비닐계 성분 5 ~ 70 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 해당하는 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더를 포함하는 방오도료 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 방오도료 조성물은 방오도료 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 방오도료용 공중합체 바인더를 10~50중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물.
