를 갖는 실릴에스테르계 공중합체
로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 가수분해성 공중합체로,
(1) 그 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해, 그 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 함량이 100~400 중량부이고, 그 산화아연(C)의 함량이 50~350 중량부이며,
(2) 그 산화아연(C)과 그 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 중량비(산화아연(C)/(구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)))가 0.6~1.2의 범위에 있는
것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
(1) 상기 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해, 상기 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 함량이 100~350 중량부이고, 상기 산화아연(C)의 함량이 75~350 중량부이며,
(2) 상기 산화아연(C)과 상기 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 중량비(산화아연(C)/(구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)))가 0.7~1.0의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
(1) 상기 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해, 상기 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 함량이 100~300 중량부이고, 상기 산화아연(C)의 함량이 100~350 중량부이며,
(2) 상기 산화아연(C)과 상기 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)의 중량비(산화아연(C)/(구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)))가 0.8~1.0의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구리, 무기 구리화합물, 또는 구리 및 무기 구리화합물(b1)이 아산화구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
유기 방오제(b2)를 추가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 유기 방오제(b2)가 피리티온화합물, 트리 유기 보론 및 그의 아민 착체, 및 4,5-디클로로-2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 유기 방오제(b2)가, 구리 피리티온, 아연 피리티온, 트리페닐보론피리딘 착체, 메틸디페닐보론 4-이소프로필피리딘 착체 및 4,5-디클로로-2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 유기 방오제(b2)의 함량이, 상기 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해 10~500 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
탈크, 클레이, 탄산칼슘, 탄산바륨, 규조토 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 체질안료를 추가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 체질안료의 함량이, 상기 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해 10~100 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
가소제를 추가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 가소제의 함량이, 상기 가수분해성 공중합체(A) 100 중량부에 대해 0.05~40 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 가소제가 염소화 파라핀, 테르펜페놀 또는 파라핀 및 테르펜페놀인 것을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
벵갈라, 티탄백, 황색산화철 및 유기 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 착색안료를 추가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a1)가,
상기 화학식 IV로 표시되는 일염기산 금속 (메타)아크릴레이트로부터 유도되는 성분단위(IV)와,
알킬(메타)아크릴레이트, 알콕시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및 히드록시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 불포화 화합물로부터 유도되는 성분단위(a12)
를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a1)의 유기기 R1이, 탄소원자수 2~30의 포화 또는 불포화의 지방족, 탄소원자수 3~30의 포화 또는 불포화의 지환족 또는 탄소원자수 6~30의 방향족의, 치환되어 있어도 되는 1가의 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a1)의 유기기 R1이, 탄소원자수 9~20의, 포화 또는 불포화의 지방족 또는 포화 또는 불포화의 지환족의, 치환되어 있어도 되는 1가의 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a1) 중의 유기기 R1이, 버사트산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산, 이소스테아르산, 올레산, 리놀레산, 리놀렌산, 아비에트산, 네오아비에트산, 피마르산, 데히드로아비에트산, 12-히드록시스테아르산 및 나프텐산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 일염기산(R1COOH)의 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a1) 중의 아연 및 구리의 합계 함유량이 0.5~20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a2) 중의 성분단위(a21)를 유도할 수 있는 단량체(a21)가, (메타)아크릴산 아연 및 (메타)아크릴산 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제22항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 화합물이, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 불포화 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a2)가,
상기 성분단위(a21)로서의, (메타)아크릴산 아연 및 (메타)아크릴산 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물로부터 유도되는 성분단위와,
상기 성분단위(a22)로서의, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 불포화 화합물로부터 유도되는 성분단위
를 갖는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 결합 함유 공중합체(a2)가,
상기 성분단위(a21)로서의, (메타)아크릴산 아연 및 (메타)아크릴산 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물로부터 유도되는 성분단위와,
상기 성분단위(a22)로서의, 화학식 IV:

상기 성분단위(a21)으로서의, (메타)아크릴산 아연 및 (메타)아크릴산 구리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물로부터 유도되는 성분단위와,
상기 성분단위(a22)로서의, 화학식 IV:

상기 일염기산 금속 (메타)아크릴레이트(IV)의 유기기 R1이, 탄소원자수 9~20의, 포화 또는 불포화의 지방족 또는 포화 또는 불포화의 지환족의, 치환되어 있어도 되는 1가의 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제22항에 있어서,
상기 일염기산 금속 (메타)아크릴레이트(IV)의 유기기 R1이 버사트산, 팔미트산, 스테아르산, 이소스테아르산, 올레산, 리놀레산, 리놀렌산, 아비에트산, 네오아비에트산, 피마르산, 데히드로아비에트산, 12-히드록시스테아르산 및 나프텐산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 일염기산(R1COOH)의 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 실릴에스테르계 공중합체(a3) 중의 성분단위(a31)를 유도할 수 있는 단량체(a31)가, 트리알킬실릴(메타)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제31항에 있어서,
상기 트리알킬실릴(메타)아크릴레이트가 트리이소프로필실릴(메타)아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실릴에스테르계 공중합체(a3) 중의 성분단위(a32)를 유도할 수 있는 다른 불포화 단량체(a32)가, 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트, 알콕시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및 히드록시알킬(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 불포화 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제33항에 있어서,
상기 실릴에스테르계 공중합체(a3) 중의 성분단위(a32)를 유도할 수 있는 다른 불포화 단량체(a32)가, 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 2-히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 불포화 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도료 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항의 방오도료 조성물로부터 형성되어 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도막.
- 기재의 표면이, 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항의 방오도료 조성물을 경화시켜서 되는 도막으로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 부착 기재.
- 해수 또는 담수와 접촉하는 기재의 표면이, 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항의 방오도료 조성물을 경화시켜서 되는 도막으로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방오도막 부착 기재.
- 제37항에 있어서,
상기 기재가, 수중 구조물, 선박 외판, 어망 또는 어구인 방오도막 부착 기재. - 기재의 표면에, 제1항 내지 제34항 중 어느 한 항의 방오도료 조성물을 도포 또는 함침시키고, 이어서 경화시킴으로써 도막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기재 표면으로의 도막의 형성방법.
