도 1은 본 발명에 따른 고정 플레이트를 포함하는 플라스틱 사출성형 장치의 일부를 개략적으로 도시한 단면도,

도 4는 도 3의 분해도,
도 5는 도 1의 일부분의 확대도,
도 6은 도 5의 라인 VI-VI에 따라 확대하여 절단한 수평 단면도,
도 7은 서로 다른 작동 상태에 있는 도 1 및 5의 세부구성을 확대한 도면,
도 8은 도 5와 유사한 도면으로서, 본 발명의 플레이트의 구성요소들의 조립 모드의 대표적인 예이다.
Claims (12)
- 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드(1)의 고정 플레이트(5)로서, 상기 사출성형 장치는 밸브 핀(8)이 축방향으로 움직일 수 있는 노즐(7)을 포함하고 분배기(2)에 연결된 일련의 주입기(3) 및 주입되어야 하는 플라스틱 재료의 분배기(2)를 포함하며, 고정 플레이트(5)는 밀폐 위치와 개방 위치 사이에서 밸브 핀(8)의 상대 운동을 조절하기 위해 각각의 주입기(3)를 위한 트랜스미션(10)과 함께 각각의 전기 모터(9)를 지탱하여, 압력 하에서 유체 플라스틱 재료가 분배기(2)로부터 몰드 공동(6)으로 흐를 수 있게 하고, 상기 고정 플레이트(5)는 몰드(1)를 향하는 제1 면(5a) 및 상기 제1 면(5a)에 맞은편에 있는 제2 면(5b)을 갖는, 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트에 있어서,
각각의 전기 모터(9)는, 대응하는 주입기(3)의 측방에서, 상기 제2 면(5b) 위에 배열된 각각의 시트(12) 내에 신속하게 삽입될 수 있고 제거될 수 있는 방식으로, 각각의 주입기(3)의 축(A)에 수직으로 내장되는 회전 모터이고, 전기 모터(9)의 축(B)은 주입기(3)의 축(A)에 대해 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 전기 모터(9)와 트랜스미션(10)은 주입기의 축(A)에 평행한 방향으로, 즉, 고정 플레이트(5)의 제2 면(5b)에 수직으로 각각의 시트(12)에 대해 삽입될 수 있고 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 전기 모터(9)와 해당 트랜스미션(10)은, 각각의 주입기(3)의 밸브 핀(8)이 정지상태를 유지되면서도, 각각의 시트(12)에 대해 삽입될 수 있고 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트랜스미션은 나사-너트 조립체(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기 모터(9)와 나사-너트 조립체(10)는 나란히 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기 모터(9)와 나사-너트 조립체(10)는 밸브 핀(8)의 축(A)에 수직이며 서로 평행한 각각의 축(B, C)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 트랜스미션은 밸브 핀(8)과 나사-너트 조립체(10) 사이에 작동 가능하게 삽입된 진동 레버(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 진동 레버(11)의 스윙축(18)은 밸브 핀(8)의 축(A)에 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 진동 레버(11)는 분배기(2)에 의해 수용되며(carried), 진동 레버(11)와 나사-너트 조립체(10) 사이에 신속 결합 수단(17, 22)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 진동 레버(11)는 나사-너트 조립체(10)에 의해 수용되며, 밸브 핀(8)과 진동 레버(11) 사이에 신속 결합 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분배기(2)가 포함되는 상기 제1 면(5a) 상의 공동(6)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치의 몰드의 고정 플레이트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고정 플레이트(5)를 포함하는 플라스틱 재료의 사출성형 장치.
