Claims (36)
- 용접 합금으로서,
1 중량% 미만의 망간;
니켈, 코발트, 구리, 탄소, 몰리브덴, 크롬, 바나듐, 실리콘 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 강화제; 및
니오븀, 탄탈륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 입자 조절제
를 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금의 탄소 당량(CE; carbon equivalence)은 이토(Ito) 및 베쏘(Bessyo) 탄소 당량 등식에 따라 0.23 미만이며, 상기 입자 조절제는 용접 합금의 0.6 중량% 미만을 구성하는 것인 용접 합금. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.9 중량% 미만의 망간을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.2 중량% 내지 0.5 중량%의 망간을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.3 중량% 내지 0.4 중량%의 망간을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 강화제는 니켈을 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 5 중량% 미만의 니켈을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.5 중량% 내지 1 중량%의 니켈을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 강화제는 구리를 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.001 중량% 내지 2 중량%의 구리를 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.7 중량% 미만의 구리를 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 강화제는 탄소를 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.12 중량% 미만의 탄소를 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.07 중량% 미만의 탄소를 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 강화제는 크롬을 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.8 중량% 미만의 크롬을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.2 중량% 미만의 크롬을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 입자 조절제는 티타늄을 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.2 중량% 미만의 티타늄을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.04 중량% 내지 0.16 중량%의 티타늄을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 입자 조절제는 지르코늄을 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.2 중량% 미만의 지르코늄을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금은 0.02 중량% 내지 0.1 중량%의 지르코늄을 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 강화제와 상기 하나 이상의 입자 조절제는 붕소를 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은 0.001 중량% 내지 0.01 중량%의 붕소를 포함하는 것인 용접 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금의 CE는 0.2 미만인 것인 용접 합금.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 용접 합금의 CE는 0.07 내지 0.12인 것인 용접 합금.
- 삭제
- 용접 합금으로부터 용접 소모재를 형성하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금은,
1 중량% 미만의 망간;
니켈, 코발트, 구리, 탄소, 몰리브덴, 크롬, 바나듐, 실리콘 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 강화제; 및
니오븀, 탄탈륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 입자 조절제
를 포함하고, 상기 용접 합금의 탄소 당량(CE)은 이토 및 베쏘 탄소 당량 등식에 따라 0.23 미만이며, 상기 입자 조절제는 용접 합금의 0.6 중량% 미만을 구성하는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법. - 제21항에 있어서, 목표 망간 함량에 따라 상기 용접 합금을 형성하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 목표 망간 함량은 0.35 중량%의 망간인 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 용접 소모재를 형성하는 것은, 용접 합금을 외장부로 형성하고 상기 외장부를 그래뉼형 플럭스로 충전시킴으로써 관형 용접 와이어를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 그래뉼형 플럭스에는 망간이 실질적으로 없는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 용접 소모재를 형성하는 것은, 상기 용접 합금을 고체 용접 와이어로 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 고체 용접 와이어를 소정의 길이로 절단함으로써 필러 봉을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 고체 용접 와이어를 소정의 길이로 절단하고 상기 길이를 코팅으로 피복함으로써 스틱 전극을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 코팅에는 실질적으로 망간이 없는 것인 용접 소모재의 형성 방법.
- 강 공작물 상에 형성되는 용착물로서, 상기 용착물은,
1 중량% 미만의 망간;
니켈, 코발트, 구리, 탄소, 몰리브덴, 크롬, 바나듐, 실리콘 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 강화제; 및
니오븀, 탄탈륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 및 붕소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 입자 조절제
를 포함하고, 상기 용착물의 탄소 당량(CE; carbon equivalence)은 이토 및 베쏘 탄소 당량 등식에 따라 0.23 미만이며, 상기 입자 조절제는 용착물의 0.6 중량% 미만을 구성하는 것인 용착물. - 제29항에 있어서, 상기 용착물은 70 ksi 이상의 인장 강도를 갖는 것인 용착물.
