Claims (19)
- 폴리이미드계 수지, 고체 윤활제, 충전제, 실란커플링제 및 용매를 포함하며,
상기 용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), 크실렌(Xylene), 다이메틸아세트아마이드(Dimethylacetemide, DMAC) 및 메틸에틸케톤(Methyl ethyl ketone, MEK)을 포함하는 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
전체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 상기 폴리이미드계 수지 10중량% 내지 22중량%, 고체 윤활제 6중량% 내지 10중량%, 충전제 1중량% 내지 2.5중량%, 실란커플링제 0.1중량% 내지 2.4중량% 및 용매 70중량% 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 수지 및 고체 윤활제는 1.6:1 내지 3:1의 중량 비율인 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 수지는 폴리아미드이미드인 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고체 윤활제는 폴리테트라프루오르에틸렌(PTFE), 인편상 이황화 몰리브덴(Mos2), 텅스텐디설파이트(WS2), 육방정질화붕소(h-BN) 및 팽창 흑연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 고체 윤활제는 폴리테트라프루오르에틸렌(PTFE)인 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 탄화규소(SiC), 알루미나(Al2O3), 산화지르콘(ZrO3), 산화티탄(Ti02) 및 카본블랙(C)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상인 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 실란커플링제는 아미노페닐트리메톡시실란{aminophenyltrimethoxysilane, C9H15NO3Si}, 아미노에틸아미노프로필트리메톡시실란{N-(2-aminoethyl)-3- aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, C8H22N2O3Si}, 트리에톡실프로필아민{bis(triethoxypropyl)amine, C18H43NO6Si2}, 크로로메틸페닐에틸트리메톡시실란{chloromethyl)phenylethyl trimethoxysilane, C12H19ClO3Si}, 및 플라티늄디비닐테트라메틸디실록산{Pt(0)-1,3- divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane}으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 윤활 피막용 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP) 및 다이메틸아세트아마이드(Dimethylacetemide, DMAC)가 2.5:1 내지 4:1의 중량비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 피막용 조성물.
- ⅰ) 폴리이미드계 수지를 용매에 혼합하여 제 1 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
ⅱ) 제 1 혼합물에 고체 윤활제를 혼합하여 제 2 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
ⅲ) 제 2 혼합물에 실란커플링제 및 충전제를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), 크실렌(Xylene), 다이메틸아세트아마이드(Dimethylacetemide, DMAC) 및 메틸에틸케톤(Methyl ethyl ketone, MEK)을 포함하는 윤활 피막용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드계 수지는 폴리아미드이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 피막용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 고체 윤활제는 폴리테트라프루오르에틸렌(PTFE)인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 피막용 조성물의 제조방법.

- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 탄화규소(SiC), 알루미나(Al2O3), 산화지르콘(ZrO3), 산화티탄(Ti02) 및 카본블랙(C)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상인 윤활 피막용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 부재의 제 1 슬라이딩면과 제 2 부재의 제 2 슬라이딩면이 상대 운동하는 압축기에 있어서, 제 1항 내지 제 8항 및 제 11항 중 어느 한 항의 윤활 피막용 조성물을 상기 제 1 슬라이딩면 또는 제 2 슬라이딩면 중 어느 한쪽에 코팅하여 윤활 피막이 형성시킨 압축기.
- 제 1 부재의 제 1 슬라이딩면과 제 2 부재의 제 2 슬라이딩면이 상대 운동하는 압축기에
제 1항 내지 제 8항 및 제 11항 중 어느 한 항의 윤활 피막용 조성물을 제 1 슬라이딩면 또는 제 2슬라이딩 면 중 어느 한쪽에 도포 후
80 내지 120℃에서 건조시키고,
200 내지 300℃에서 소성시킨 후
20 내지 30℃에서 냉각 시키는 단계를 포함하는 윤활 피막용 조성물의 코팅 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서,
상기 윤활 피막용 조성물의 코팅 방법은 제 1 슬라이딩면 또는 제 2 슬라이딩 면 중 어느 한쪽에 8 내지 25 ㎛의 두께로 도포하는 것인 윤활 피막용 조성물의 코팅 방법.
