Claims (12)
- 마주 보고 위치하며, 제1 체결홀을 포함하는 제1 외측 연결부와 제3 체결홀을 포함하는 제2 외측 연결부;
상기 제1 외측 연결부 및 상기 제2 외측 연결부 사이에 위치하고, 상기 제1 체결홀 및 제3 체결홀과 대응되는 제2 체결홀을 포함하는 내측 연결부; 그리고
상기 제1 체결홀, 상기 제2 체결홀 및 상기 제3 체결홀에 삽입되어 상기 제1 외측 연결부, 상기 내측 연결부 및 상기 제2 외측 연결부를 연결하는 이차 전지;
를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는,
제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 세퍼레이터를 사이에 두고 배치되어 권취된 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체를 수용하고 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 연결된 케이스; 및
상기 제1 전극과 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 전극 조립체의 중심에 위치하며 상기 케이스의 외부로 돌출되는 전극 단자를 구비한 센터핀;
을 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 밴드 조립체는 상기 이차 전지를 복수 개 포함하고,
각 이차 전지를 이웃하는 이차 전지와 전기적으로 연결하는 제1 전극 연결부 및 제2 전극 연결부를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 연결부는,
상기 제1 외측 연결부의 내 표면에 위치하는 제1 서브 연결부,
상기 내측 연결부 내 표면에 위치하는 제2 서브 연결부, 그리고
상기 제1 서브 연결부 및 상기 제2 서브 연결부를 전기적으로 연결하고, 상기 이차 전지의 외 표면에 위치하는 제3 서브 연결부를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제3 서브 연결부는 상기 케이스에서 상기 전극 단자가 위치하는 면의 반대 면 중 일부와 직접 접촉하고 절곡 형상을 갖는 밴드 조립체. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전극 연결부는,
상기 제2 외측 연결부의 내 표면에 위치하는 제4 서브 연결부,
상기 내측 연결부 내 표면에 위치하는 제5 서브 연결부, 그리고
상기 제4 서브 연결부 및 상기 제5 서브 연결부를 전기적으로 연결하고, 상기 이차 전지의 외 표면에 위치하는 제6 서브 연결부를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제6 서브 연결부는 상기 전극 단자의 적어도 일부와 직접 접촉하고 절곡 형상을 갖는 밴드 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 외측 연결부 및 상기 제2 외측 연결부 중 적어도 하나는,
상기 이차 전지와 마주보는 내 표면 중 적어도 하나의 면에 상기 이차 전지 측으로 돌출된 제1 지지부를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 내측 연결부는,
상기 이차 전지의 측벽과 마주하는 내 표면 중 적어도 하나의 면에 상기 이차 전지의 측벽 측으로 돌출된 제2 지지부를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는,
상기 케이스의 개구를 밀폐하고, 상기 전극 단자와 상기 케이스를 전기적으로 분리시키는 제1 절연 부재가 개재된 플레이트를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 케이스의 측벽 및 상기 플레이트의 상면을 감싸는 제2 절연 부재를 포함하는 밴드 조립체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전극 단자 및 상기 센터핀은 일체로 형성되는 밴드 조립체.
