Claims (17)
- (i) 제1 폴리락타이드 20 내지 95 중량% 및 또다른 생분해성 고분자 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 혼합물의 최내층, (ii) 제2 폴리락타이드만으로 이루어진 중간층, 및 (iii) 제3 폴리락타이드 20 내지 95 중량% 및 또다른 생분해성 고분자 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 혼합물의 최외층을 포함하는 다층 코팅을 섬유 기재 위에 공압출하는 단계를 포함하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 제2 폴리락타이드는 제1 및 제3 폴리락타이드의 용융지수 보다 낮은 용융지수를 갖는 것인, 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 폴리락타이드는 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)을 초과하는 더 높은 용융지수를 갖고, 제2 폴리락타이드는 5 내지 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)의 더 낮은 용융지수를 가지며, 제3 폴리락타이드는 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)을 초과하는 더 높은 용융지수를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최내층 및/또는 최외층의 혼합물은 더 높은 용융지수의 폴리락타이드 30 내지 60 중량%, 또다른 생분해성 폴리머 40 내지 70 중량%, 및 아크릴 공중합체 0 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최내층 및/또는 최외층의 상기 또다른 생분해성 고분자는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 또다른 생분해성 고분자는 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트(PBS) 또는 그 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최내층의 제1 폴리락타이드 및/또는 최외층의 제3 폴리락타이드는 50 내지 100 g/10 min, 또는 70 내지 85 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)의 용융지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 코팅의 최내층과 최외층으로서 동일한 혼합물이 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출 단계에서 혼합물의 성분은 용융되고 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 공압출시 기계 속도는 적어도 100 m/min, 또는 적어도 150 m/min, 또는 적어도 200 m/min, 또는 적어도 250 m/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 섬유 기재 및
(i) 제1 폴리락타이드 20 내지 95 중량% 및 또다른 생분해성 고분자 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 혼합물의 최내층, (ii) 제2 폴리락타이드만으로 이루어진 중간층, 및 (iii) 제3 폴리락타이드 20 내지 95 중량% 및 또다른 생분해성 고분자 5 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 혼합물의 최외층을 포함하는 공압출된 다층 코팅을 포함하며,
상기 제2 폴리락타이드는 제1 및 제3 폴리락타이드의 용융지수 보다 낮은 용융지수를 갖는 것인, 생분해성 포장 재료. - 제10항에 있어서, 제1 폴리락타이드는 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)을 초과하는 더 높은 용융지수를 갖고, 제2 폴리락타이드는 5 내지 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)의 더 낮은 용융지수를 가지며, 제3 폴리락타이드는 35 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)을 초과하는 더 높은 용융지수를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료
- 제10항에 있어서, 다층 코팅의 최내층과 최외층에는 동일한 혼합물이 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 포장 재료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 섬유 기재 및
50 내지 100 g/10 min (210 ℃; 2.16 kg)의 더 높은 용융지수를 갖는 폴리락타이드 30 내지 60 중량%, 상기 또다른 생분해성 고분자 40 내지 70 중량%, 및 아크릴 공중합체 0 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 혼합물의 최내층 및 최외층, 및 상기 더 낮은 용융지수 폴리락타이드의 중간층을 포함하는 공압출된 다층 코팅을 포함하는 것인 생분해성 포장 재료. - 고분자 코팅이 컵 내부의 액체-접촉면에 도포된 것인, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 포장 재료의 음료컵 또는 제10항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 포장 재료의 음료컵.
- 고분자 코팅이 패키지 내부의 액체-접촉면에 도포된 것인, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 포장 재료의 밀폐 액체 패키지 또는 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 포장 재료의 밀폐 액체 패키지.
- 고분자 코팅이 패키지 외부면에 도포된 것인, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 포장 재료의 밀폐 카튼(carton) 패키지 또는 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 포장 재료의 밀폐 카튼 패키지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조된 포장 재료 또는 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 포장 재료로 만들어진 즉석식품(ready-made food)용 트레이 패키지.
