Claims (20)
- 외층, 중간층 및 내층을 포함하고,
상기 외층, 중간층 및 내층은 각각, 서로 상이한 제1 생분해성 고분자와 제2 생분해성 고분자를 당해층의 총 중량 대비 50 중량부 이상 포함하는 적어도 3층 이상의 다층 자기점착 보호필름으로서,
상기 외층, 상기 중간층 및 상기 내층에 포함된 제1 생분해성 고분자와 제2 생분해성 고분자의 혼합 비율은 각각 50 : 50 내지 90 : 10 중량비이며,
상기 내층은, 제1 생분해성 고분자 및 제2 생분해성 고분자 50~99 중량부; 및 점착 부여제 1~50 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 제1 생분해성 고분자는 폴리락트산 수지(Poly Lactic Acid, PLA)이며,
상기 제2 생분해성 고분자는 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트(Polybutylene succinate Acid, PBS), 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트-테레프탈레이드 수지(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate, PBAT), 폴리부틸렌아디페이트(Poly(butylene adipate), PBA), 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트-아디페이트(poly(butylene succinate-coadipate), PBSA) 및 열가소성 전분(TPS)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며,
상기 점착 부여제는 제1 점착 부여제와 제2 점착 부여제 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며,
상기 제1 점착 부여제는, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Linear Low Density Polyethylene, LLDPE), 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(Polyolefin Elastomer, POE), 및 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Very Low Density Polyethylene, VLDPE)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 제2 점착 부여제는, 말레산 무수물(MAH), 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 공중합체(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, EVA), 에틸렌 아크릴산(Ethylene Acrylic Acid, EAA), 및 스티렌-에틸렌-프로필렌(Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene, SEBS)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하며,
상기 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름은 ASTM D 882 법에 따라 측정시, 종방향(MD) 신장율은 200% 내지 850%이며, 횡방향(TD) 신장율은 300% 내지 850%인, 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름은,
ASTM D 882 법에 따라 측정된 종방향(MD) 신장율과 횡방향(TD) 신장율이 각각 300% 내지 850%인 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름은,
헤이즈(Haze)는 70% 이하(30 ㎛ 기준)이고,
ASTM D 882 법에 따라 측정된 종방향(MD) 및 횡방향(TD)에서의 인장강도는 각각 100 내지 400 kgf/cm2 인, 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
KS A 1107법에 따라 피착체에 대한 상기 내층의 점착력은 2 내지 30 gf/25mm이며,
상기 내층과 상기 외층의 배면 이형력은 1 내지 30 gf/25mm인, 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 삭제

제1 생분해성 고분자와 제2 생분해성 고분자는 각각 생분해도가 80% 이상인 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름.

상기 자기점착 보호필름의 내층은 피착체의 일면과 부착되되,
상기 피착체는 플라스틱, 금속 및 유리 중 어느 하나인 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
전자제품의 제조공정용 보호필름으로 사용되는 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 전자제품은 반도체 장치 및 디스플레이 장치 중 어느 하나인 생분해성 자기점착 보호필름.
